We have been with Verizon for over a decade. They could not find the imei numbers for these "unlocked" phones in their database. They said that they could add them manually. After a week, nothing. They said the phones are not compatible. Therefore, not unlocked. And we are past the 15 day return window. Unbelievable. I'm rethinking my loyalty to this company. There is little wonder that their profits have dropped 30% in the last quarter. Maybe we need to be an Apple family.

This was my first and last Samsung product as it turned out to be a piece of junk. There are issues with WiFi connectivity. The phone will only stay connected for a few seconds and one has to constantly disconnect and reconnect when browsing the web, checking emails, viewing videos, or anything requiring internet connection. To make matters worse, when I call Samsung customer's service to report the issue because technically, the phone was supposedly still under warranty, I was directed to contact my service provider. I told the Rep about the bad online reviews about this specific model. She basically told me that she can only go by online reviews posted on their website as there is no way to verify that reviewers from other sites are true users of their products. There you have it! Don't bother buying this piece of JUNK.

I liked it at one time but within days lost most apps it came with and now I'm hating it. Don't think I'll be getting another Samsung in the future if ever again. Get with the program Samsung!!

Rated 5 out of 5 byRoseB from Samsung FamilyHad to send phone back after 20 days because the camera would not focus. Now Best Buy has it for $100 when I paid $149 so I feel so cheated. I hope I have no other issues with the phone. Thanks for not giving me a new phone and making me feel this way.

A decent amount of storage for the price I paid, picture quality is good, and the side speaker is more than loud enough for my needs. The battery has weakened a little bit through use, meaning it no longer holds a charge for quite as long, but it hasn't gotten bad enough to noticeably effect my usage. This phone holds all the apps I need, although I do have an added SD card. I haven't experienced any glitches or problems that would impact my experience with the phone. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive Android Pie during it's most recent update. Could have more storage, but for the price I really can't complain.
