Receive a single latest software and firmware update and extend your support with the SonicWall® Support Services Reinstatement. Users get 1 year of support when they choose a new one-year support agreement along with the reinstatement. This SonicWall Services reinstatement provides the full term of the support agreement, based on the date of the expired agreement. For example, if your policy lapsed six months ago, your new policy will now last an additional six months, as it begins on the date the former policy expired. This reinstatement penalty doesn't apply to expired 24- or 36-month agreements as SonicWall waives the reinstatement fee for longer agreements.

The SonicWall standard support renewal brings "out of compliance" SonicWall appliances and devices back into compliance. A one-time software and firmware update provides access to the latest features that SonicWall offers for the appliances and devices in question. This reinforcement is compatible with SonicWall Dynamic Support or Comprehensive Gateway Security Suite. This penalty excludes telephone and web-based support, hardware replacement and escalation.
