I will be calling today to report it to the printer manufacturer - I think I received a lemon and want a replacement. I already called Uber Eats a week ago and reported it to them, they were no help. Would like a call back asap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ubereats designated printer The printer has a good small form factor, but it just has one type of connectivity - Bluetooth. You cannot connect more than 1 tablet or device to simultaneously print. This printer lacks WIFI or Ethernet connectivity. $300+ for a printer that lacks basic feature is not going to get more than 2 stars in my book. Considering you don't have choice with Ubereats restaurant, this is the only printer I am stuck with for the time being.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Price - I've looked elsewhere to buy, CDW by far had the best price. Blue Tooth printer connection of 1 to 1 pairing to an iPad is an iOS Operating System property- no a fault of the printer. Quick install, quick printing.

It constantly loses its Bluetooth connection with the Tablet and we have to work to establish the connection again, which doesn't usually happen the first attempt. It's easier for my employees to just take the tablet down the sandwich unit rather than print the receipt. For my future restaurants, I think I'll save the money used for the printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has a hard time staying connected This printer is connected via bluetooth to the Uber tablet. There seems to be a problem with the printer staying connected to the tablet. I currently have the printer mounted inches from the tablet so there is no issue with distance. There is also a huge lag between when the print button is touched and the actual printing of the receipt. In addition, probably 20-25% of the prints fail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lastedf 4 months The printer Bluetooth worked about 60% of the time, then after four-month, it stopped working altogether. Sent it out under factory repair, it's been now over a week and Star's repair center informed me that they have to send the Bluetooth Board back Star's headquarters for repair, they're not sure when they will get it back. Ubereats should have chosen a company that stands behind there product, not make people wait weeks and possibly months to get a working printer.
