Rated 5 out of 5 byDMike from These will fit in Dell workstationsOur Dell workstation computers use a 4" hole spacing. These adapters match this hole spacing. The StarTech Part # BRACKET25X2 have a 3 9/16" hole spacing so they do not work in Dell workstations.

Rated 5 out of 5 bytapper1 from An adapter that actually worksAfter trying a couple of StarTech adapters that did not seem to fit any standard hard drive or system, I tried these Thermaltake 3.5" adapters. It seems they actually put some thought into their design. They worked great for installing SSDs in my HP Z series workstations. It looks like they would work in any system that accepts a standard 3.5" HD.
