Rated 5 out of 5 bySeamour from I am a bit disappointedThis is my 4th Toshiba and I am disappointed in the slow boot up, as well as slow to load web pages. I have already had several problems with outlook not shutting down correctly as well (my install, did not come with the computer).

Rated 5 out of 5 bytgild from Worst computer I've ever usedProbably has as much to do with Windows 10 as the computer, but it locks up multiple times daily, shuts down on its own, and is slower than my 5 year old Toshiba that I was replacing. Very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by724james from I marked "YES" but it is with its reservationsWe were looking for an update from an previous Toshiba Laptop(the ser # escapes me since we parted w/ it.) It was noted this was not a gaming laptop but mostly for business. Well, even in that area, this laptop has some lag w/ its recommended browser "Mircosoft Edge." You can only open maybe 4 windows before heavy lagging starts up. There has even been a lockup or two happening. Otherwise, for light to regular business use, it seems useful but when you attempt to show video/audio presentations, there is a lack of speed/proper sound with this laptop.We are keeping this as its just a "need to find' laptop or playing light no audio gaming (which is perfect for) but we will be looking for a more powerful/useful laptop for multimedia (tv/movie...gaming use watching w/ a great sound card) use.

It is another laptop which I purchased from CDW. They took great care in packaging the product and I was impressed with how fast it got to my destination.I would highly recommend Toshiba products purchased through CDW.
