One year basic service contract including one minor annual preventive maintenance visit performed during regular business hours, one major annual preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or week-end hours for three-phase, 208 volt UPS suite (20kVA, 30kVA, 40kVA) including primary battery string or cabinet plus one auxiliary battery cabinet, and one year on site warranty service, 24-by-7 basis for three-phase UPS power module only (20kVA, 30kVA, 40kVA) for locations within 250 miles of service area. Contact Tripp Lite for current service areas. Excludes replacement batteries. Additional preventive maintenance and on site warranty charges apply for auxiliary battery cabinets.
