Great Scanner
My staff and I have found the Documate 6460 to be an outstanding and robust document scanner. No jams, easy to install and fits well onto a desktop.

want to like this product...
Maybe its not the product but the xerox service that sucks so bad... they should make vacuum cleaners.
The product when it works is fast and easy with the singe or duplex buttons on the front.
However, there seems to be a fan or power supply issue with ours that causes it to make a REALLY loud noise.
After turning off and on several times sometimes we can get it to go away.
Then tomorrow it will be back again.
Got so bad the scanner actually stopped working. and reported a fan error on the display.
Sent to xerox, without it two weeks, while it sat in California.
Got it back, thought it was a replacement because of the packaging.
But this one does the same darn thing... day 1 right out of the box.

Great scanner
The scanner is much faster than our old scanner. Gets the job done in less than half the time.

Excellent Scanner
High capacity desktop scanner that is easy to use with great quality. I bought two for our office and would buy this scanner again.
