Xerox Phaser 7800/DX ($5899-$200 savings=$5699, Ends 3/31) is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Deployed two of these printers and they get heavy use. Have had a few service calls, but that seems to have cleared up. These are workhorses, cranking out large format color prints all day long. Giving it a four since we had some hardware issues, but service under warranty was done quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliability Our company had a Xerox 7750 printer for over ten years and it was very reliable. We recently (1-2015) purchased the Xerox printer that replaced the 7750: the Xerox Phaser 7800. There was a substantial savings realized with the rebate that was offered on the new machine based on the amount of prints made on the older machine. I looked at reviews of the 7800 before purchasing it and I was a little concerned due to the remarks by some people who were experiencing various problems. I can say that we have had no such issues. There was an instance where a Xerox tech helped update the firmware online for the 7800 so that the e-concierge would give a proper accounting of the supply levels. Free service for the life of the 7800 Phaser as long as we purchase the toner from Xerox (which we always did before) was a big plus. Nothing negative to report so far.
