Get easy access to the back of your patch panel. The black steel hinge mounts between one end of your patch panel and a standard EIA rail. The other end of the patch panel mounts to the opposite rail. For convenient maintenance or modifications just unscrew the patch panel mounted to the rail and swing it out.
