It Fits
This single use ink absorbing sponge by Canon in stylish black and blue plastic case fits perfectly as designed into our Canon wide format inkjet plotter. The plotter was so happy to have this new accessory that it no longer shows a message the Maintenance Cartridge needs to be replaced.
Replacing the cartridge was painless and clean. A special disposal bag was included with the new cartridge. The instructions on the bag though were all in Asian languages without any English or European translations. Not even pictographs. So if you speak the right languages, there are instructions for disposal. Otherwise, just put it in the back of the closet and let future generations figure it out.
