I still haven't received it, even though I see on the website it states it is in stock. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare and I'm still trying to figure out when this will ship. When I try to repurchase it since it is in stock, I am shown it costs $54.99, with free shipping and $4.12 tax and no other chargers, but somehow my cart total is $71.10? I just want my ink!

Becomes very frustrating when trying to accomplish work and they too quickly, run out of ink, in comparison to amount being printed. Isnt just Canon that seems to reflect this issue - Canon is better than most no name brand options.

My printer doesn't read that it is an XL and it tells me that I'm almost out of ink long before it really is. It is giving me the warning at the time of a regular size cartridge. I would hope that it's not done on purpose to get people to buy ink before it's needed. Y'all should be better than that. Cliff

The photo paper was a free bonus and there was more than I originally thought was coming. Now I can print my photos to some nice paper! (which when I run out, I'll be buying again.
