no full page photo print capability
Just got this a few days ago and i am very pleased with the print speed, however why does this printer not support full page photo printing capability. i hat to say it but once the ink runs out this printer is going in the trash

Printer is fine but it took over a month to be delivered. It was suppose to be for my son to take to college but never showed up forcing me to buy another printer from another website.

Wifi problems
The printer functions well . I like the compact size. But i can't get the Dell Inspiron chromebook to sync with printer wifi. I'm back to using usb cord

great for small printing jobs
a great printer/ scanner for the price! it took about 15 minutes to set up. I have Windows 8, and the cd-rom set-up disc worked fine! no problems. one of the reviews titled 'are you kidding me' said the printer didn't have a usb cable. that is totally wrong!! it says right on the box 'usb cable included!' needless to say, there was a usb cable in the box and a power cord.

Great printer
I honestly thought when I bought this it was a wireless printer. However, the printer is really nice. Nice dark bold lines and colors. Great buy for the price. I just wish it was wireless.

No scan to computer option
I did not realize they even made printers that do not scan to the computer! It will scan and print. That is your only option.

I don't know what I was thinking.....it fit the price range at the time, I guess, is what I was thinking. It has SOOOOOO many things it will not do! You can't print a glossy pic over a 5 x 7, if that big. And if your ink levels are low all it wants to do is refer you to the manual and not use the remainder of the ink. So figure on using about half the ink you use before the printer starts giving you sass and refusing to print because it's not full enough!!!!!!! I thought the HP was trouble but funny thing those problems didn't start until it was several YEARS old not MONTHS! Never again. Going back to HP thanks

Very Dissatisfied
I purchased this printer on 2-12-19 (less than a month ago. I had a pressing need to get some important things printed ASAP ... and low and behold, I printed about 10 pages, and the printer ran out of black ink. I am an 81 year old lady, and needless to say , I was very upset, and lost a few days of accomplishing what I needed to do. I no longer drive, so I had to depend on my niece to go to Walmart and buy me a new ink cartridge. That's no way to treat a new customer. I have used your printers before, but I purchased them from a local store. So, I guess I have learned my lesson. Next time I will purchase from a nearby store where I have the recourse of returning it to the store for a replacement. OTHER THAN THAT ... THE PRINTERS WORKS O.K.

Very Pleased
I wanted a printer that was NOT wireless. I'm very pleased to have this wireless printer as It does everything I need it to---scanning, scans can be saved as PDF's, photo copying, color printing and it doesn't take up too much space. It was very easy to set up and easy to use. I've been using it for a few weeks now with no problems. The initial paper feed is a little clickety-clackety but the actual printing is rather smooth, quiet and fast. Be sure to purchase ink as this printer comes with starter ink cartridges which don't last long. Prints beautiful color prints on photo paper.

Out of the box, the printer does not work without added accessories. It needs a USB cable, not included.

Great Performance
I was very disappointed in my HP that kept doing a print alignment every time it was turned on and this was the printer recommended by a friend. I bought it 3 years ago and I have had NO extra print alignments, to suck the ink, no paper jams, and the printing is very clear. For at home use this is a perfect printer and I have recommended it to several friends and family memebers - who bought and I also bought another one for the cabin.

Not happy with the product
I got this printer for my home business, just needed something simple and quick to print off a few things here and there but... this thing is ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF INK! I don't need color, just black and I'm constantly buying it after a few pages of printing! Not pleased with this at all!

Really great for the value.
I had another Canon Printer/copier/scanner that was 10 years old when it finally gave up the ghost. This one is not as sturdy or quiet but it works well and I’m quite happy with it.

Will not work with chromebook.
just bought the canon printer 11-30-2020. I wish I would have known that it is not compatible with OS chromebook. Wont work with my chromebook. Got it out and all set up when I tried to download setup off the net and it says, wont work with my google chrome book. Another walmart disappointment. Paid $19. oh well.

Get ready to spend a LOT on ink cartridges
Despite loading a high capacity color cartridge and NEVER once deviating from printing only in black, I am now getting a low color ink warning! The black color catridges run ow awfully fast as well.

Fabulous; I really appreciate the simplicity of this particular model(Canon MG2525). I believe there is infrared compatibility. Overall, i rate this a 5 because of its ' lightweight portability.

Think Twice
Either while i was eager in purchasing my new printer i didn’t read everything completely or i neglected to read that the one i purchased was not for wireless hook up. I so wanted a WIRELESS printer so i wouldn't have to get up and down each time i wanted to print. As a disabled person this is a hardship, but i am adapting. The one criticism i have about the machine itself is that the cord that connects the printer and the laptop should be at least double the length that you have allowed already. There is NO ROOM for play except have the laptop right in front PERIOD.

Paper intake fails and is pathetic
This printer tears up paper before it even makes it into the printer. It seems that one of the uptake rollers is not grabbing the paper while the other one does. This causes the paper to turn and crumple immediately. Every time. If it is a dirty roller (and I don't think that it is there is no way to access the rollers to clean them. What makes this even more frustrating is that this printer is less than a year old; however, I do not have the receipt so I will have to chuck it and buy a new printer.
We got this for my wife's classroom - she is a teacher.
BTW: Calling 1-800-OK-CANON is a total waste of time and effort. Take it from me, I tried three different times with no luck.

I love my Canon MG2525 Inkjet Printer!
So far, I love it! It is small, light and sleek looking. I get clear crisp prints and great color. It is easy to use and for regular home use, it's perfect. I haven't tried to buy replacement ink yet and I am not running a home graphics business, so don't know about high volume printing or how long cartridges last. Nice printer for a great price.

Retiree. I bought this printer a couple months ago. Haven't worked with it frequently, but am thoroughly happy knowing that it will satisfy my purposes.
