Do not buy!!
Bought this almost a year ago and it drives me crazy!! Takes forever to download, from the sound it makes sounds like a car cranking up!!! Easily jams, if paper not just right weight can feed in 10 at a time and everything jams up and so on!!!

Product support is a joke.
My MX 922 was easier to install than this one. I still have to turn off virus protection to scan something. Support is a joke. Was on hold for over an hour then got disconnected. Come on Canon what is wrong with you.

Photo Printing
It will only print an existing photo. I believed I could connect my camera and print my pictures it contained. This one is also going back.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and still can't get to scan or make a secure internet connection. I wish I could take it back. I have never seen a printer that is so difficult to get to work.

Horrible, horrible setup
pamphlet in the box is useless as is the web app and online 'help'. no weekend support so have to wait until monday to start messing around with this again. i will probably take this back for exchange to a different company. very disapointed, horrible.

Very Nice Printer
I purchased this printer a few weeks ago and really like the features. Purchased another Canon printer since our last one lasted almost 15 years before needing replacement. I like the double-sided printing feature on this one which will save me some paper. My Son tried to encourage me to purchase a HP printer but this one was almost $40 less for about the same features/ printing specs.

I bought this 3 months ago when my previous 2014 purchased Canon "died". The 7020 was a breeze to set up. I have used print, scan, copy and all are easy. So nice to set up something quickly and use it immediately with no issues!!

Fabulous in PC and Mac Land.
My Father picked this out for himself a few years back and I found it easy to install for him in “PC” land. He kept up printer levels very well too, getting the cartridges at Walmart. I am a “mac” house, but reviews are favorable so I purchased direct from Canon. They threw in complimentary photo paper, SCORE! Delivery was fast and arrived well packaged and not damaged. Installation was super fast, found the wifi network and keying in stuff was super easy. Printing quality is fab. I hear where people are saying it’s slow, but mine prints fast so I think it’s all relative. Probably depends on what you’re printing and the ink your project uses per dot. I print mainly text and word processing files. Super fast. Copier is Great. I am looking forward to using the fancy free photo paper soon too. Thanks Canon!

Not acceptable replacement for my old Pixma
The TR7020 cannot automatically scan double sided documents the way my old Pixma (at similar price point could. And now the TR7020 has stopped connecting wirelessly to my computer, no matter how many different ways I try to make that work. It connects to my iphone via Canon app, but prints emails with overly large fonts that make print outs take up too many pages. Have updated the firmware and reinstalled driver multiple times.
