I needed something for light printing and occasional scanning, so if that is what you are looking for, you'll like it. The quality of the scans is great. The only thing that could be better is the instructions are limited, and the ones I found online seemed to be general so it was unclear if specific functions were supported for this model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small size with hard to read screen. Like the size, but feels cheap & flimsy, compared to the older Canon printer I had. The very small screen is on the front of the printer and is hard to read. The settings and instructions on the screen are hard to follow. Incomprehensible that scanning is not an option on the screen and must be done via a mobile app or computer utility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Added another printer I this printer cause I have a canon printer that is 15 years old and still works wonderful well .but it needs to be hard wire to the computor..I wanted one that was wireless and would world outside my office. Canon worked so well I got this one..followed all the instuctions and 5 mins, later it was up and running like a champ! Kudos to Canon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PIXMA TS3320 IS GARBAGE, JUNK, TRASH.............. I am MAXIMUM!!Disappointed in canon and the PIXMA TS3320 printer.... I contacted canon asked their expert? representative which of their printers is a comparable replacement of my PIXMA MG3122. canon representative suggested "PIXMA TS3320" this is NOT! My PIXMA MG3122, automatically flipped paper when I chose to print on both sides, loaded paper and printed feed out from front which was very user-friendly for our location of the printer. After receiving the PIXMA TS3320 I noticed that you have to load the paper from back. I was NOT told this by canon rep, and it doesn't show in picture prior to me placing order, picture appeared to be same style. Even though it's an inconvenience to add paper because we have printer located on upper shelf we decided to just accept it. Unfortunately I didn't find out until a week after and I had already disposed box that not only does the printer stalls when printing 3 or more pages you have to physically flip paper over in order to print on reverse side of paper. We have printer centrally located in home, which is now 100% inconvenient to have to go to printer flip paper return to computer to execute program to complete printing then return to printer to retrieve or flip another set. We use to retrieved all pages after all printing completed. Your representative should NOT!! have advised this printer as a comparable replacement for my...PIXMA MG3122 without pointing out differences. Unfortunately I relied on canon rep poor product intelligence instead of just of doing my own research. The PIXMA TS3320 is JUNK if I would have had box I would have return after finding out how this printer is not comparable especially not being able to automatically reverse paper for double side printing is deal breaker. It stalls, sometimes it take up to 30 minutes to print 8 pages. We are 100%!!! Dissatisfied with this printer, it is TRASH!!! to us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PIXMA TS3320 Black Printer Easy to install and use. Reasonable price. This printer is primarily wireless. If you don’t have reliable internet and need printing capability on a regular, consistent basis, get a connecting USB printer cable - it does not come with one.

Then the company due to a warranty had to send me a new one. Well I wrote down when I opened the box when the new printer arrived and it only lasted 9 months. and Now they are saying my warranty is expired so I will not be getting a new printer. ( my feed dogs on my printer stopped feeding in the paper

Going to 'My Computer' (or Apple equivalent and going to 'Devices', find this printer and 'Run Troubleshooter' and it will automatically fix for you! Also THE INK CARTRIDGES IT COMES WITH ARE NOT FULL, THEY ARE JUST SAMPLER CARTRIDGES!!! So don't freak out if your ink starts fading after 10 pages, they only have about 10 percent of what a new cartridge will have! :)

Spent an hour and a half on the phone with them to try to return the product. No resolve. Wrote a review directly to customer service, heard no response.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware: Does Not Print Envelopes!!!!! Just bought the printer. I loaded a standard #10 envelope in it, but it does not show up in page size choices when I go to print it. So I look through manual for instructions and find out it doesn't support printing of envelopes. Listed in owners manual under "Unsupported Media Types" - envelopes! How can a printer that prints, copies and scans letters not print envelopes? This is totally infuriating!
