Eligible Products:
• Any single copy of a customer’s image that has been processed and tested by CDW.
• A custom image can be obtained from either of the following methods:
Customer created image.
CDW created image (see service EDC 522311for custom server image creation or EDC 283926 for desktop/notebook custom image creation).
• A CDW Indemnity Agreement must be filed.
Service Scope:
1) The custom images are uploaded and stored on secure imaging servers.
2) The images will be processed and tested by an advanced team of imaging specialists before they are cleared for deployment.
3) A build document is individually created for each image to ensure that the unique configuration is carried out consistently each time the image is deployed.
4) The custom image is burned onto CD media.
5) Custom labels will be created and applied to the restore disc(s).
6) The restore media will be verified by installing it onto a computer system to ensure that the restore media performs successfully.
7) Verified imaged restore media will be boxed for shipment.
