Know your gear

This scope of engagement, together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller” or “Provider”), and the Customer ordering such Services (“Customer”), shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s Purchase Order (“PO”).

SERVICES SUMMARY & SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

Services will consist of the items listed below (“Services”):

Provides an in-depth review of your Google for Education domain by industry experts against Educational best practices. Each setting is documented and analyzed including the integration with other IT systems, tests of compliance, and evaluation of the effectiveness of current usage of GfE offerings. www.gfeaudit.com

1. Kickoff Meeting: An initial Kickoff meeting will be carried out to gain an understanding of the current use of Google Workspace for Education with your school. A list of questions will be asked and key focuses for your Audit will be identified.
2. Review/Analysis: Amplified IT consultants will remotely review your Google admin settings. Every setting will be recorded, analyzed, and compared against EDU best practices. No changes will be made to settings in the console.
3. Report Creation: The output of the Audit will be a comprehensive, documented report in a Google Doc. It will be split into sections detailed in the Overview section. Within each section the report will be broken down into:
a. Findings
b. Recommendations
c. Web resources to support recommendations
4. Review Meeting: An Amplified IT consultant will explain each part of the Audit in detail, ensuring that your school understands the findings and recommendations set forth.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide qualified personnel who will perform Customer’s obligations under this SOE, make timely decisions to move performance of the Services forward, participate in this project to the extent reasonably requested by Seller and reasonably assist Seller with its performance of the Services
• Provide Seller’s personnel with appropriate levels of access and privilege to systems and information necessary for Seller’s performance of the Services
• Limiting access to Customer’s network and/or facilities only as needed to perform the Services
• Make any final decisions regarding, and take responsibility for the implementation of any recommendations or potential solutions provided by Seller under this SOE

ASSUMPTIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

• All Services will be delivered remotely during normal business hours. Customer will provide remote access to the environment to Seller as necessary for Seller to perform the Services including properly functioning hardware and software, and qualified personnel necessary for Seller’s performance of the Services
• Customer’s personnel will be available on a timely basis, and when reasonably requested by Seller, Customer’s personnel will provide input, review the Services being performed and the items provided by Seller, answer questions, provide signoff, and allow Seller to gather and validate information, perform reviews and obtain other input
• The scope and objectives of this project will be jointly managed by Customer and Seller to better ensure completion of the project within the anticipated schedule; Customer will provide reasonable cooperation with, and support of, Seller’s scheduling and performance
• If applicable, Customer will provide in advance all applicable Customer safety and security rules/procedures
• Customer will sign Seller’s project sign-off form upon completion of the Services
• Customer acknowledges and agrees that Seller will not process personal data that is subject to applicable data security and privacy laws (“Personal Data”) within the scope of the Services, and that Customer will restrict Seller from accessing any Personal Data during the performance of the Services; Customer is responsible for all data, including backups

OUT OF SCOPE
• Remediation of any issues or problems is out of scope for this engagement
• Seller will not perform Services for Customer’s foreign affiliates, if any
• Any other Services not specified herein, changes require a separate Statement of Work

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order. Any quote that was received does not include sales tax on services. Sales tax on services may be calculated and charged at the time of invoicing.

CONTACT PERSON

Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Issuance of a customer Purchase order to Seller is obligation & agreement under this Subscription Order Form, including its payment obligations are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sales and Service Projects on Seller's website at www.CDW.com, unless Customer has entered into a written agreement with Seller covering Customer's purchase of products and services from Seller ("Existing Customer Agreement"), in which case Customer's obligations shall be subject to the terms of such Existing Customer Agreement.

Scope of Engagement (SOE) defined/listed tasks will be delivered in full (e.g. Task A; Task B herein) and with no variance. If customer introduces another task, assignment or request not listed in the SOE we will open up a customer Statement of Work (SoW) via a CSM/FSA/ISE, etc.
