This support package provides direct support during regular business hours for Check Point products for one full year. Gold Support features include:
- Direct phone and email access to technical specialists for problem resolution, bug reporting, documentation clarification and technical guidance, on normal business days, Monday through Friday, during 6:00 am to 6:00 pm local time for the Americas, and Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm local time for the rest of the world.
- A guarantee that issue will be assigned to agent within 4 hours of receipt.
- All critical problems will be prioritized for timely resolution and closure.
- Access to SecureKnowledge, Check Point's online knowledge base that includes support documents, FAQs, installation information, and documentation for download and over 2000 quality reviewed solutions.
- Check Point Support Services news updates by registering for the Support Announcement PUSH mailing list.
- Gold Support must be purchased and registered for each Check Point product.
