It has the right features for a small business and offers a good value. Customer Support offered by the Cisco vendor though is really not good in my opinion. We got very little sense of urgency from them and the case was open way too long. I almost certainly lost a customer because of how long the case was open. Once we finally got escalated to level 2 support (they actually said they have a level 1.5 support). The problem (our own creation) was resolved very quickly and professionally.
