The TRM will develop a thorough, documented understanding of your business and technology requirements to enable efficient reaction to critical business issues. Site visits and regularly scheduled meetings that include deliverables such as configuration reviews and detailed Citrix environment profiles, allow both your company and your TRM to stay abreast of the latest information, technical developments and open issues.
Your TRM's top responsibility is to respond to your advanced technical support needs. Having direct access to internal product development allows the TRM to quickly and correctly resolve issues, as well as help reduce future support and maintenance expenses. The TRM is adaptable to your changing environment and will be available to you via telephone or e-mail.
