Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the WORST product. This does not work at all. I used it to hang a calendar.... it couldn’t even hold PAPER. it fell off the wall and ruined the pant. Never buying again. Save your money and just install a hook.

Most recently I hung a door mirror, and I didn't have to worry about it falling and breaking! I am going to try to other products just because of the success that I have had with the hangers! I have also hung over the door towel holders mounted on the wall!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lousy product. I wish I could give it zero stars. Make sure you're happy with where ever you use these things. If you need to remove them, the absolutely WILL DESTROY your wall. Count on it. It's amazing there isn't a class action lawsuit against 3M for this garbage.

The strips did not leave any marks and was easy to put it back on wall in another room with another strip. I could not be more pleased with the product especially during holiday decorating. To me it is a must around the house for hanging things on the wall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not-damage-free-hanging I used "Command(TM) Strips 17021P Medium White" to hang three signs on the painted wall of my apartment. When I took them down to move out, the strips pulled off paint and primer with them. I now have 9 large spots of bare drywall that I will have to pay to be repainted. I do not recommend anyone else give these a chance, unless you want to damage your wall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use for everything! I initially just used these to hang the hooks they came with. Now I use the refill strips to hang everything! In the house as well as in the truck. In the truck they hold up clips to clip receipts to. They hold up a bag for putting rubber gloves in. The picture hanging velcro strips even work to hold up the sunscreen in my windshield.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tore up my wall I've used command strips on several occasions and never had an issue but I never kept whatever it was up for too long. My son had Wall Tracks up for several months. I attempted to remove the fasteners which are held on by command strips and almost every single one of the pull strips broke off so I had to pry them off which removed a large section of paint from the wall from several of them. My recommendation - only use them for a very short period of time like during the holidays or something.

We remodeled our house and after we painted we decided never to use nails and metal hooks again. it's so nice to be able to move items and not patch and repaint! but the best idea was to use the strips at work. our policy is not to use nails or hooks on our office walls. i have to post documents and posters for various events so i just hang them with the strips and when it's over i just pull and remove ... they have been a big help to me and our employees at work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from disappointment I decided to hang our grandkid's pictures in our guestroom and by using the "hook & strip" method, I would not marr the wall and leave holes. Well, much to my surprise, I came home one afternoon and all of the hooks and pictures had fallen off of the wall. I had followed all of the instructions and in fact, left the hooks on the wall w/out applying any picture, for an entire day, just to be safe. I had also used them in the hall, to hang further pictures, and one of them fell off the wall and tore some of the sheetrock paper. They have not lived up to my expections and needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Found the perfect use for these: You know where you want your surge protector to be, but it likes to slide around on the floor, away from your grasp when you need it. With command strips, you can anchor them exactly where you want them, without using nails or screws and putting holes in your furniture or walls. Highly recommend these! The possiblities are endless!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture hanging refill strips I loved the product for the 1st month. Used it on 2 light weight framed pictures. After the first month one of the pictures fell off the wall. Did not adhere to the wall well. Not entirely happy now. I bought extra strips and used twice the amount that should have been necessary. Good concept, but I didn't have a good experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Refill strips are handy for more then just rehanging hooks. I use them in the classroom to hang posters on the front of my wooden cabinets. The adhesive strips are easy to remove and cause no damage to the wood. I also use them on the walls and the metal door frame.

They are perfect for my 4 year old daughter. Right now I used the refill strips to place hooks in bathrooms for hand towels I added ribbon loops to so they are at her level. In the laundry room I have hooks for swimsuits to dry once we are done swimming. At the holidays I used them for the Christmas stockings. Really to help me get things organized and off of the floor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using Medium Strips I live at a place that you can'nt use nails that much, in the walls. By using the strips you can use them for cafe rod brackets a 7/16" by attaching the strip to the brackets and the other side to the wall. Take a rod and put up your curtins.

Chain lock still intact..LOL So much for not wanting to drill holes..LOL

I was worried that the refills strips would be hard to find in stores or complicated to use - but these were a breeze to find and to use! Easy the insrtuctions on the back of the package, but really, all you have to do is look at the hook and installing the refill strip is pretty intuitive! Only one way on and one way off! And the srips are well marked and color coded! Love, love, love that these are reusable! So much better than putting a hole in my wallpapered walls or throwing away other hooks that are destroyed after just one use. I'll never use anything else! Thanks 3M!! Sheri O.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So/so but upset: About three months ago I bought the Command Large Refill Strips at Walmart. Well I hung three pictures all small 5x7 two with glass in one without. The two with glass are still hanging, however the one without which was a lighter picture last night fell down it hung for about three hours. After it fell and I tried to rehang it, it wouldn't stick. So I decided to slowly, carefully, remove the piece attached to the wall. MY PAINTED WHITE WALL HAS A HOLE WITH PAINT RIPPED OFF. Im not very happy about this. I have attached a photo, with my finger pointing to the area as it doesn't show well in a photo but its clearly noticable to the naked eye on the wall!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from On Command wipes I bought the Command Strips because my handy bathroom wipes container would not stay affixed to the wall anymore. I wasn't sure they would do the job(young kids like to pull on anything that hangs. I made sure to affix it to the wall after the kids were in bed for the night, that gave it a good 10 hours to set. The next day I hung the wipes and they've been there ever since. Manufactures tape:3 weeks. Command Strips: 10 weeks and holding strong.
