The magnetic cover flap is incredibly poor quality and doesn’t function properly.

Case bows preventing the flap from staying closed.
Not the best case. It's good for protection, but when the computer is inserted, it bows out which prevents the magnets in the flap from keeping the flap closed. So the flap won't lay flat like it should. Either the magnets need to be MUCH stronger or the case needs to be redesigned so it doesn't bow.

I returned it because the laptop (Latitude 7410 did not fit with pen. This was after Customer Service told me it would fit. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Nice looking, but limited functionality
The case is made of a heavy canvas that looks elegant and feels durable. If all you need is a plain sleeve with a stylus pen holder, this does the job. It does not have any pockets or slits at all, limiting its functionality quite a bit. Also, if you plan to stick the sleeve inside a backpack or briefcase, the stitching and the edges tend to bend and do not seem as durable.

Premier Sleeve 14 not fitting Dell 14" laptop properly
Bought for my son's college 14" Dell laptop he uses in college. He didn't like the case. Felt it was too tight of a fit to use - so it is still in the shipping box unused.

Sleek, Compact and Functional
This case is great for storing my 14-inch 2 in 1 laptop. It even has a convenient holder for the digital pen! And,once stored, it slides neatly into my work bag. I can rest easy that my laptop won't endure nay spills that might occur as I stuff my work bag full of everything from water bottles to snacks (I had a rather unfortunate incident with an old laptop getting water logged, so this case was a must-have!). My only compliant and the reason for my 4-star review is that the elastic that holds the pen gets stretched out and the pen slides out of place occasionally. I would feel safer if the pen holder were tucked into an elastic loop next to my laptop or had a fail safe to keep it from sliding out without me noticing.Other than that, it's sleek and compact and really works for the on-the-go commuter.

Great laptop case
Very high quality construction and my Latitude 7400 fits perfectly. Unlike universal cases, it is held firmly in place.
