Great backpack!
This, in my opinion, is a must-have backpack. The pockets are deceptively deep, meaning I could carry my laptop and all of my day-to-day things with absolute ease (and even have room to spare. The bag is made of a soft but durable lightweight material, with a cushioned back panel that adds significant comfort but also means my electronics were well protected while travelling anywhere. Easily, this is one of the best backpacks I've ever had and I highly recommend it!

Zippers are very flimsy, so if you're expecting high-end quality you'll be disappointed.
The "add a bag" feature is too narrow to hold the back steadily on your carry-on's handle, they sould make it a "sleeve"

I chose this backpack because of the size of my laptop. I have a 17 inch Dell laptop and needed a backpack to carry ot in. It has alot of space, it holds my laptop securely and has extra room for other things. It is very sturdy and well made.

A laptop backpack ready to take on life!
I'm a klutz and this backpack has my back literally! My work laptop is worth a fair chunk of money and I freak out everytime I have to take it out of the office. Now with this bag I have piece of mind. Not only is the laptop well protected there are pockets to hold all the essentials. No fear of losing cords and accessories because they will all fit in this bag instead of tucking them into other bags. I LOVE the water resistant material especially on the bottom. Durable zippers and love the handle on top to grab it and carry it from there. Comfortable back straps and plenty of pockets. LOVE the pockets. The other nice thing is this bag is a nice shape. No goofy edges or curves just a nice standard fit in a laptop shape. This bag also has enough room to carry essential files along. I would highly recommend this bag!

One of the straps was not treaded through the plastic clip. When I tried feeding it through it broke the clip. It must have been feed through before the end of the strap was folded and stitched.

Comfortable for large workstation
Fits the 17” laptop workstation that my work provided. Slimmer profile doesn’t allow for a ton of extras, which is good for my back, but pockets are spacious for the things that are necessary. Straps are comfortable.

Poorly constructed backpack
I bought this item thinking that I was buying a quality product. Wrong!!!
After three uses (as a carry-on for my laptop, I noticed an internal seam had split. My wife, a seamstress, looked at the split and determined it had been improperly stitched (apparently insufficient overlap of material).
I attempted a return only to learn that my effort was two days late (buyer beware: only 30 day warranty) and consequently could not return the item.

I travel a lot for work and pleasure and always bring my laptop with me, so I love this backpack! This backpack fits everything I need and keeps my laptop safe. It protects it and makes sure it doesn't slide around and is really comfortable to carry. I like that that backpack is lightweight, yet it has pockets to hold and protect everything you need. It’s a large backpack that is pretty comfortable with padded straps and back padding which makes it easier on the shoulders and back when your carrying a large laptop. I also love that it’s water resistant and has a lot of compartments to put my stuff away.

Nice backpack for a 1500 series laptop.
I wanted a decent backpack to protect and transport my new 1500 series laptop. Having looked at some reviews of the Backpack 15, I noted some folks said the 15 was barely large enough to fit a 1500 series laptop. So I bought the next size up, the Backpack 17. This backpack has ample room for my laptop and associated materials, and seems to be well built and well designed. It is comfortable to wear and provides adequate protection for my devices. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

The Dell Pro - Backpack
I really had to use this backpack to see how durable and safe it was for my laptop. This is one of the best purchases made thus far. Many compartments and padded very well to keep everything in place. I take this bag mostly to several places especially since my kids have camp and other events they attend. I am able to store my laptop, chargers, smartphone, pens, pencil, notepad and other items. So many different compartments to choose from makes life a bit easier. I bought this to use with my Dell Inspiron 17 3000 series-3793 17.3" laptop. it does fit, but it's a little to close to the zippers at the top, so i get really nervous when it's in there and i'm using it for transport.

Very Durable Backpack
This backpack is perfect. I just started back to school and this is a perfect bag for me. It holds my laptop and supplies. It even has side pockets for my snack and water bottle. I'm also avle to fit a couple books in here as well. There are so many pockets and compartments so there is a place for everything. I love the high quality waterproof material it is made of as well.

Well protected with minimalist design.
This backpack functions well for my needs. I've been using it regularly for 2 months now. I don't use it for travel, just day to day. It has plenty of room for my laptop and its necessary accessories, cords, mouse, and HDD. Extra compartments allow me to carry a couple of binders and even a portable scanner. All fit comfortably in the bag and all in a minimalist design that's not too flashy. I feel like my gear is well protected and I havent had any issues with build quality.

It smells so bad.... really bad odor. Dell sent me the replacement and the new one had the same exact bad smell.... returned the replacement and kept the original. Had to wash it 2 times to get rid of the bad odor

The Dell laptop backpack is made of a high-quality durable material and is very stylish and trendy. However, it is not very roomy. It has space for a laptop and laptop accessories, and maybe a hardcover book or two in the main compartments, but that's about all that can fit. I would recommend it to an urban professional carrying his or her laptop or maybe a snack.

Perfect for Offsite Meetings
I work in a small accounting and tax firm which sometimes requires me to travel to a clients business and train them on software. Having a protective case for my laptop as well as being able to hold the clients file that is comfortable to use can be difficult. The Dell Pro Backback holds my laptop securly while protecting it and there is still plenty of space for my client files and paperwork that I need to bring along. It's also very comfortable on my shoulder and has a sleek design.

Overall happy with the product. The top pocket for storing smaller items could be designed in a better way so items don’t fall out when opening. Also one of the zippers broke open but I was able to get it working again and hopefully it won’t happen again as I wouldn’t want my laptop to follow.

I wish it were clear to me which pocket was intended for the laptop, which for the rest of your things.
The top zipper bag which I assume is for the laptop charger is slightly too small for the charger Dell ships with their laptops.
It’s a good bag but it could be the best bag with some minor changes

Overpriced and lacks basic features. No rings to attach anything (like your mouse in a car). Water bottle holders are very small. Pricey for what you get. I thought if I bought a Dell backpack I'd get some bells and whistles. Nothing.

It has several areas to store items with laptop but area to place laptop does not seem as padded as should be to help protect from damage if fall occurs

I love the size. It’s large enough to fit all my notebooks, iPads, computer and even more! I love the small pockets inside each pocket to store chargers or smaller objects you don’t want falling to the bottom of your bag. The back pads are very comfy too, and I didn’t see it at first but there’s also a luggage strap on the back as well!

Love my Dell Pro Backpack 17!!!
This is the perfect backpack for my new Dell laptop! It has a lot more padding than I expected and plenty of pockets so there is room for all the other things I need to tote around!

Perfect!
I love it, have a 17” laptop and had a hard time finding something to hold it. Had to go on a trip and this was perfect as a carry on with the extra pockets and padded straps and the laptop slid in and out with ease!

Big pack with little protection
Thought the construct of the backpack quite average and as very surprised that the actual laptop enclosure did not even have restraining straps of any sort to hold the device in place. Had I known that I would have not ordered.
