They are much more convenient than a briefcase style and hold a lot of equipment and paperwork for our employees. The Velcro strap on the inside to secure the laptop is very helpful to avoid damage. These are my favorite laptop bags.

I use mine for work and it isn't bulky which when carrying a laptop, headphones, cables, pens etc it can make a big difference. It doesn't take up a lot of room so is good for commuting.

Due to the ways its deigned m it distributes the laptop weight evenly on your back which makes it very light. I have a Dell Alienware M15 with the huge power adapter plus other stuff and the bag is still light!

Can't hold any water bottle, the Velcro inside the bag gets stuck to the rest at times and pull other parts of the bag. Overall not a great bag, but well for when you just need to take a thing or two.

The only con I have for this bag is that the waterbottle holders only fit small, plastic waterbottles. Other than that, it is a great bag.

Would be nice to have some zippered internal pockets for valuables - things tend to fall out of the internal pouches when tossed around in airplanes.
