Cost Effective Wireless Mouse
Overall a very good value!
My only complaint is the battery door functionality if used to consistently store the USB adapter for the mouse feels like it might break. The way it closes it could easily be misaligned and a tab broken. The price is right and for the way we will be using these it should be fine. I wouldn't want to remove the USB adapter and store in the mouse, however for the price even if you have to replace it, you won't break the bank...

Mouse is working fine. Only concern is the size. It is very small in size, smaller than adult palm size. Perfect for kids. This is the only choice my company is offering for wireless mouse. You should stop selling this small size mouse to corporate customers and replace it with standard size mouse. I will use my personal mouse instead of this.

comfort<affordability I like.
This mouse is light and compact maybe too compact, I have big hands which makes this mouse feel like a toy. It works, no test to the battery life yet you can turn it on a and off to save it. I would explore more options if I had a bigger budget. would also suggest getting a mouse pad for better hand comfort.

Works great and fits smaller hands well
Works fine but when putting it back together after inserting battery it seemed a bit flimsy and I kept thinking it should form a tighter seal between the cover and the body. I like the smallness of it since I have small hands.

Mouse picture not worth a 1000 words
A little text is needed - particularly where the USB adapter for the wireless mouse is located. A picture may be worth a 1000 words, but a small amount of text would have been worth more than the mini picture in my opinion!

The mouse works fine. I do get annoyed having to open up the case each time to pull the port plug out. It’s always a pain to put the lid back on the mouse because it doesn’t easily snap back into place.

This is a much improved model of your earlier , bulkier model.. It fits well with my hand and seems to hae a longer battery life! The only drawbackis that you gaven't incorporated it into a 'bluetooth' connection; therefore reguiring the external 'dongle' A nice product!

Very disappointed.
Did not really need a new mouse but got one to go with my new computer. Love the Dell computer, the mouse...not so much. I like to use the computer while sititng in my Lazyboy. The second time the mouse fell on the floor it no longer worked. My logitech mouse has fallen many times and still works so I am back to using it.

Easy to set up and use
I needed a mouse for my laptop so I got this because it’s wireless. So far it has been working very well. It’s easy to set up thanks to the included “Quick Start Guide”. The mouse itself only requires one AA battery versus other mice I’ve used which have required two, so that’s a plus. I also like how there is a ON-OFF switch on the bottom of the mouse that way you are not running the battery out when it’s not in use. The only thing I didn’t like was how far the USB stuck out from my computer, a shorter one would’ve been better. Overall, this is a great mouse if you’re looking for something wireless.

This mouse has nice features, good tactile feel to scroll wheel and buttons, Best of all it is cordless. Connecting is a simple and quick process, just connect the wireless dongle to a USB port and follow the instructions. Feels well constructed, but is a little bit on the more compact size in terms of how bulky of a mouse you are accustomed to using.

It uses up too much lithium battery. It only requires 1 AA battery; but, the battery only lasts for about 11 up to a maximum of 21 days. My older mouse required 2 AA batteries and lasted up to a maximum of 3 months. Not sure, if the Dell WM126 mouse is incompatible with PC.

This Dell Wireless Mouse was a breeze to setup. I was expecting it to take a while to get the mouse working with my computer, but it did not. I had the mouse working within seconds. It was very easy to install and works great with my computer even though I have a different brand computer. I have been using it for a few days and the battery is still going strong. I would recommend.

I like the size and feel of the mouse, but the radio connector is for a regular USB port. My Dell portable only has USB-C port connectors. So why in the world would Dell suggest I buy a mouse with the wrong connector???

Great Laptop! Just what I wanted!
My old Dell laptop was dying (screen wouldn't come up without messing with the top), so my husband helped me pick out a similar, newer version of my old one. I have pretty simple needs; email, word processing and such so it was fairly simple. The price point of the Dells coupled with the quality (my last laptop lasted 6+ years) is perfect for us. We were able to get my new laptop within a two days and it included a wireless mouse, Windows 10 and all the memory and speed I need for my simple needs. I am extremely satisfied and would buy another Dell in a heartbeat.

Eats batteries for lunch
I suspect it's defective. It drains alkaline batteries in a week or two. Lithium batteries last a little over a month. I can't believe that they intend to sell a product that is this expensive to run, as well as being environmentally unfriendly. On the plus side, it works fine.

I bought the blue WM126 Dell Wireless Mouse and it broke in just a few days. I then purchased the same WM126 Dell Wireless Mouse in black and it broke in 4 days. The quality is awful, just awful. Skip purchasing this particular mouse. All I have to show for now are two non-functioning mice.

Okay - but confusing
My first laptop - and being senior citizen was confusing for me to navigate without more written instructions...had to keep going back to my desk top to find online help to set it up. I know this would not be a problem for young people but for me it was challenging. Now, I cannot tell when battery is charged and when it is not - I will probably just use laptop for vacations etc. and rely on my desktop for everyday use.

Excellent laptop (Inspirion 15-3567). Could not get past initial startup - reason unknown. Phone support was excellent - completed all tasks under 2 hours (not an easy task) - pleasantly surprised with efficiency and knowledge of support staff. Would recommend this system for above average users (not gamers).

The Dell wireless mouse is perfect. It's big enough to fit my hand but small enough to slip into my laptop bag. The top comes off easily to reveal the usb connector. The laser sensor works well on different surfaces (although they should be smooth). It's sleek looking and easy to clean. It's a great accessory.

Perfect mouse for small hands
I found this mouse to be a little too small for my hands however it fits perfectly in my wife hand. I like how it's all self contained with the dongle fitting inside the mouse and can be popped out when you want to use it.
It's perfect for traveling because of it's size and can be transported in any pocket of my backpack.

I think we have a total of 4 working laptops that are used on a regular basis. The set up is just as the box says. Plug it in and play. It is very easy to get to the battery. Just lift the top of the mouse off. There you find the battery and a convient place to store the USB so that you don't loose it.Thats my favorite thing about the mouse is it has a place to store the USB. Pull out the USB, plug it into your computer and instantly the mouse it ready to use. It works very well.

This is a good, basic mouse. It is light and compact which makes it great for portability, so you can definitely keep this in your laptop case/bag. In my setup, my PC is a few feet away from where I sit, but the connection seems to remain very strong and I have had no interruptions. It's nothing fancy, but it does what it's supposed to.

Expected it to work with my 1st Dell laptop with integrated Bluetooth functionality. It was the only mouse listed on the website as an accessory for the laptop, so I bought it. Instead, it required that I use the USB port for the Bluetooth Dongle to communicate with the mouse. Why would I want to buy something that hangs out on the USB port when I intentionally bought the bluetooth functionality with the laptop?

I absolutely love my Dell Mouse! It has great reaction time and is perfect size for my hand. It fits nicely in the palm of my hand and has a nice rubbery grip. This will be my 3rd Dell mouse over my lifetime and it is the only brand of mouse I will ever use as they last a very long time and never give out. Also bought a Dell laptop with this at the same time and sometimes the mouse and mouse pad attached to the laptop freeze up and stop working at the same time. We haven't had it long and nothing has happened to either one. Eventually my son gets them working again but it's frustrating. When that isn't going on it is just fine.

The laptop arrived fast and in one piece. I had the laptop up and running and downloaded the purchased Microsoft subscription without too much trouble. I had to do a little searching through the 5 or six emails I recited due to the purchase, but overall not to bad.

This is a pretty good little mouse. I used the points I got from my laptop purchase to get it. Unfortunately the laptop is so bad (and its been repaired twice, that it is unusable, (it's brand new). So the mouse works great on my new non dell laptop that I had to buy. So essentially thismouse cost me over $1200... and it's only worth $10.

I received the wireless mouse a week after i ordered it. It came nicely packaged. When I tried to use it for the first time I realized that the part that plugs into the usb port on the computer is missing. I looked thru the packaging but its not there. Will be returning it.

I just opened the box yesterday as I was setting up my computer. The Box contained the battery for the mouse but not the little thing that plugs into the computer. I will be contacting Dell so that they can send me the part.

I haven't had problems with it. It's just a small, inexpensive mouse to get from here to there. Nothing special. If I had to to pick one thing that's a problem, I'd choose that the cover comes off awkwardly, like the whole top of the mouse. I'm worried it's going to break. But for such a cheap price, I guess I could just buy another.

I am disappointed. I had considered returning this mouse since it often leaves the pointer stuck at one place when I move the mouse. The mouse I bought earlier works much better but I could not find the same model. The person I spoke to was not helpful and I learned if I move the mouse vigorously it will engage the pointer. I was going to order another mouse but decided against it since this one works so poorly.

I've had this model of wireless mouse for my home computer for over a year and it looks cheaply made and possibly won't last long -well I have three cats that use it as a hockey puck. it has fallen on the hardwood floor multiple times yet the darn thing is indestructible. The transceiver for this unit is stowed beneath the cover of this mouse. One must take care with popping the cover off, as the area on either side of the scroll wheel is rather flimsy. Pairs up quickly once turned on. Takes single AA.

My current mouse I am using for my computer is not wireless. So, it's not like I can move my computer wherever I want too. Getting a laptop with a wireless mouse is just so awesome for me. With a bad leg I need to set in my chair with my legs up. Now that I got a laptop and wireless mouse I can set in my chair and enjoy being online and able to take both wherever I want. The USB receiver is hidden inside
It's a very reasonable mouse at this price.
Heads Up! Mine came without a USB receiver (dongle) but Dell was very quick to send an entire replacement. It turns out that the dongle was, indeed, included, but the instructions are so incredibly poor that I never found it (I didn't even know what i was looking for!).
I am thankful for Dell's first-rate customer service.

USB receiver hiding
I'm an old guy and this is the first wireless mouse that I've ever had. Go ahead and laugh that's acceptable but when I received the wireless mouse in packaging all I saw was a mouse in a battery. There was no USB receiver for the wireless mouse as far as I knew. I then went on your website and bought a USB receiver which did not work. I called back and again said how do I get this wireless mouse to work without a USB receiver? The tech at that time said it should be inside the mouse. After opening the mouse up I then saw that the USB receiver was inside the mouse. There is nothing in the instructions to prompt me to take the lid off of the mouse and see that the USB receiver was inside. I guess that is standard fare but I would have not known that unless someone had told me. LOL first world problems thanks for helping the old guy out.

I ordered this from Dell after i purchased the XPS15 laptop and found out mu old reliable mouse would not work with the thunderbolt USB ports. When i received the mouse i saw the same dongle as my old mouse and initially was disappointed. BUT after looking it over and READING the directions saw the Bluetooth option. connected and worked right away, and now i have a mouse that works with boith my new and old laptop. a two for one deal

It is new, so this review lacks any history. Once installed the mouse has performed perfectly. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that the bluetooth mouse requires a micro USB to be plugged in to work - something that is a little inconvenient.

What You'd Expect for the Price (but be aware of the USB connector)
Fairly small in my hand (I'm a woman with average-sized hands. It works well enough for light use such as browsing the web; I wouldn't recommend it for gaming though. An important note: the mouse requires a USB connector, which is a little inconvenient when so many laptops have transitioned to only USB-C ports, meaning an adapter is required to use the mouse.

I accidentally dropped it once and the right clicker stopped working because a tiny piece broke. I had to replace it just after a month or so from getting it. Otherwise, a good wireless mouse that gets the job done.

Missing USB drvice
I could not find the USB device that linked the mouse to the computer so I was not able to use the mouse for several days. I finally was able to talk to a person on the phone but he didn't understand what I was missing. Finally, he told me to open the mouse where the USB device waa located.

Works just like its suppose to. No bells and whistles and you wouldnt expect it for the low price. Just plug and play. Doesn't get any easier. The only thing I wish it had was a light on top so you could easily see when you forget to turn it off.

Tiny and flimsy
I have purchased multiple other Dell mouse in the past. They were solid, with a little weight and large enough to fill my hand (my hand is small). This mouse is tiny, very lightweight and flimsy. It feels so cheaply made that the Dell company should be ashamed for the Dell name to be on it. If I had seen this mouse in a store, I never would have bought it. There are cheap brands out there that have better quality in my opinion.

The Dell wireless mouse works fine but takes up one of only two USB slots on my Dell laptop.
It would be better if the wireless receivers for an external mouse and keyboard were built into the laptop and the USB ports remained available.

Mouse works well. When battery is near death, the mouse freezes. Turning it off/on again resets it. The USB transceiver is small and doesn't stick out far. Mildly surprised it doesn't come with a free Dell mousepad.

I believe I've just used the mouse for just 3 weeks, and the mouse has started moving around or moving to the right bottom side and then I couldn't click anymore. I had to turn on and off to activate again. The overall user experience isn't that good.

Mouse works fine once assembled. The instruction sheet for assembling it is written in too small a print. Had to just fiddle around and guess at putting it together and joining it to the computer. Would have liked a choice of colors as the dark ones get lost easier.

Compact and easy to use - even for large hands
This mouse is small, compact, responsive, and has a good feel. Even though I have very large hands, it is easy to grip and use. (I can hold a basketball from the top with one hand, i.e. "palm a basketball.") The scroll wheel, left click, and right click all have has a light touch but are not too sensitive. I appreciate that this mouse is very basic without unnecessary functions - exactly what I want. The included dongle stores neatly inside the body. Setup is easy and quick; the mouse is ready to go in a matter of seconds after plugging the dongle into a USB port. I have used this mouse for several hours at a time without any discomfort. I find it to be quick, simple, and easy to use .

Thank you for the Dell Wireless Mouse WM1sort26 in Black. I like this sort of pointer for my Dell Inspiron computer because I find the pad, installed on the computer, hard to operate. Even though I have tried to adjust it for my touch, the mouse is a much better pointer.

The dongle sticks out far from the laptop and gets caught on things. It is not convenient to store the dongle in the mouse as you have to pry off the top of the mouse, which is difficult to do.

This mouse is good overall, and would even be great if you are somebody who isn't clumsy! It does pop apart easily when dropped; however it works well despite its many tumbles, and having a compartment inside the mouse for the USB fob is very handy. I'd say the only real downside is that there is not a side-button for navigating back/forth through pages.

I've had other wireless mice(?) and this one is far better than the others. It's easy to plug and go, battery life, so far has been great, and my others did not have an on/off switch to help save the battery. (Did I just age myself?) Anyway, when I bought it, I figured it would be an inexpensive device until I could find one I really liked, but I really like this one, so I stopped shopping for another one.
