Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missing featuresThis printer has a lot of great features. Unfortunately, the one feature I wanted, borderless printing, is one that this printer lacks. This is particularly frustrating, because the WF-7620 printer, which this printer is identical too except for swapping cartridges for tanks, can do borderless printing. So it's obviously a feature that Epson turned off in the driver, and it drives me crazy to know the hardware is capable of it but Epson for some reason turned it off.Other than this, it's a respectable printer. I love the fact it does supertabloid, and the tank functionality is a breath of fresh air. I just wish they hadn't soft-gutted a valuable feature when they put the tanks on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great business printer!I've been using this printer for a few days now. When it first arrive the box was huge! Unfortunately the box was half opened when it was dropped off. After opening I noticed the printer did not come with a physical manual. Not sure if it fell out of the box or just didn't come with it but you can find the manual online as well.I've been using this printer for my home office and I love it! Connects to wifi for printing documents where ever you go which is a feature I love. Also considering this printer doesn't use cartridges is also great! I wouldn't feel like I'd be being cheated out of my money when I buy bottled ink in the future for this printer as I have felt for other printers. You're saving money long term as far as ink goes. It came with 2 years worth of ink right out of the box too. This printer supports your regular printing paper 8 1/2 by 11 inch and also 11 by 14 inch. It has sliders that also lets you adjust the size for a variety of paper sizes as well. This printer is really fast printing both black and white as well as in color. I've also tried printing pictures with the printer using photo paper. The quality looked good enough to frame. Not spectacular but not bad either. This is one super versatile printer.I would recommend this for anyone with a business. It's a great investment that should last you a long time and you'll save money. You can print a variety of different size documents. Print on the go and also comes wit a fax feature and scanner. It really has everything you'll need! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all in one printerAfter getting to explore all of what the Epson ET-16500 EcoTank has to offer I was very satisfied with what it had to offer. First starting with the simple process of setting it up, it went quickly and smoothly with no misunderstandings. Whatever your profession be or hobby, I believe the Epson ET-16500 EcoTank can fit ones needs in all ways. Very fast printing speeds so you can expect your documents quickly, one of the other few features that's great. The quality of which documents and pictures were printed are awesome as well, very professional. Which to mention the ink that's provided with the unit is enough to last for a very good amount of time, 2 years worth. Now to mention one of the features I really enjoyed because it's a convenient one for a lot of people given how advanced technology is. Wireless/Mobile printing and AirPrint for Apple devices. This is my favorite one as it truly makes things so much easier and also expands what all you can do with this. So overall this is a must use printer for anyone as it so diverse and reaches out to everyone regardless of their profession and use for it. Hope you consider this when looking for an upgrade or a new machine. This is a review for the Epson ET-16500 EcoTank that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really amazing printerThis is a review for the Epson ET-16500 EcoTank that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. So far, I'm really loving using my Epson ET-16500. I've been using black and white laser printers for years since I've always felt like inkjet printer ink was far too expensive. That has all changed with the introduction of Epson's EcoTank printers. The ink is extremely affordable and last a long time. It's probably less than it cost to buy cartridges for a budget printer and the ink last many times longer in the Epson EcoTank printers. You get two sets of bottles in the box which is probably enough to last most homes or offices up to two years. The first set of bottles will be very slightly depleted by the initial charging process. As mentioned above you get two sets of refills. You only fill with the first set so you can save the other set back for when each tank needs refilled. The filling process can be messing. I recommend either wearing gloves while filling them or if not available at least put a plastic bag over your hands. You should also put a piece of paper or bag under the area where you are filling the tanks. The bottles have foil covers on them that you have to remove and it's very easy to transfer ink from the foil to your hands when removing them. When emptying the bottles into the tanks they may gurgle and splatter a little also which is way you should really keep your hands and desk covered. Overall, it's super quick and easy to refill the tanks so please don't let this aspect scare you away. The printer features many connectivity options. It supports both Wi-Fi and Ethernet as well as USB connectivity. There is a memory card reader and a front USB port for plugging cameras, other devices, or thumb drives directly into. You can scan directly to external storage. There is a RJ-45 port for faxing. There is a nice large and nice quality touchscreen. This allows you to very easily change various functions on the printer and print directly from your external storage or devices. There are two paper cassettes and a rear paper feeder. The two cassettes have covers so the paper doesn't get dusty or anything. Each cassette holds 250 sheets of plain paper or 10 envelopes. The rear tray is single sheet feet only and can feed card-stock up to 68lbs. The cassettes extend out and can hold up to 13x19" paper. There is an automatic document feeder for the scanner. It can support up to 11x17" paper. The scanning and copying function is quick and works great. I haven't had any issues with it.This is such a versatile printer. I'm using it for basically everything. When I discovered you can print directly to 13x19" paper I was extremely happy. This is a wonderful size to print family tree charts and is really invaluable to someone that frequently does that type of research.I've already printed many photos and the quality is excellent. It prints photos even large ones very quickly. I've been using Epson's Matte Photo paper and it looking so high quality and like it came out of a photo lab.If you are like me and frequently use you mobile devices and want to print there are decent options for iOS users. I haven't used an Android device yet. The Epson iPrint app is pretty good. It is a little slow an clunky when working with photos even on my iPad Pro. Although the website says there is support for Apple Airprint it doesn't appear the printer actually supports it yet. There is also no mention of it in the manual. This means you are pretty much stuck using Epson's app to print. I hope support is added for it in the future. You can also set up an Epson service that gives the printer its own email address. You just attach a file or photo to the email and the printer will automatically print it out. You initially get a random email address but you can set up a custom address. You can also set it to only print from certain addresses.I really love the large amount of options you have as far as the size of papers you can print to. It's also a huge time saver since you can load 250 sheets of in each tray even different sizes in each. I currently have standard letter paper loaded in one and 13x19" in the other. The amount of ink you get with the printer is a huge value and it's so cheap to purchase refills. The cost per sheet is about as low as you can get. Overall, this is an amazing and versatile printer and I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT PRINTER! MUST HAVEI have had this printer for a little over a week now and am very satisfied with it. When I did receive the package an instruction manual was not included in the box. I reached out to a representative and was given a link that included a PDF version and the downloadable links. The printer was very quick and easy to set up.the blue ink would not print, I called Epson's customer service line. They were very friendly and helpful and instructed me to power flush the ink cartridges. This was quick and easy, phone call only lasted a few minutes. The only down side to this is you must wait 12 hours before you print again. Aside from this, the machine is relatively quick and quiet. I have not yet set up the fax machine or set up the print remotely option (I am over the moon excited to try this though. This should be by far the best feature!). It has very good quality and i have no noticed it using an excessive amount of ink yet. It is a nice size, pretty compact, not too big. Overall, I really like the printer and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, small business owners, home office, students etc. I will post an update once I do test out the print remotely feature (later this week!). This is a review for the Epson ET-16500 EcoTank that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Thanks Epson!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VersatileSo far this printer/scanner/fax/copier has worked well for me. It has more options than I will likely ever use. The double sided scan and printing is useful. I really like the ink tank idea, saving much on cartridge costs. My only complaint so far is the maintenance cartridge. The retailer where I bought the printer does not stock the same and I have not been able to find the price of it yet. I wonder whether it will up the price of maintenance so as to make the printer not all that economical to use?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still an execlent Co, but a few suggestions from a membver oAfter I received my 2nd unit (1st printer arrived looking liked box had lost a fight with a ticked off Grizzly bear) I only have 1 comment & I don\t know if things were done this wat for ink preservation or ink life reasons. Being legally blind, the overly opaque'ness of the tank's makes filling (or not over-filling the tank) hard to determine
