Weekday Basic Service has a targeted onsite response time of next business day (NBD). This base service offering supports modular storage systems with noncritical applications, such as standby data centers, where 24-hour support and rapid response are not required. Weekday Basic Service is available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
