plastic hard to open the plastic; ink excellent
Not being very strong, I found it hard to tear open the heavy clear plastic packaging. Had to enlist pliers and scissors. However, once opened, removing old ink cartridge and installing new one is a breeze. I plan to drop off the used cartridge at Staples.

Disappointing supprt for older printers
I love my CL 2605 printer and the performance of the HP cartridges! I am disappointed no longer offers multi-packs for printer cartridges for my printer. Now I have to buy them individually, it cost $200 more to buy the 4 cartridges for my laser printer. I will think hard about my next printer purchase!

I have purchased toner cartridges that were supposed to be OEM from other sources, only to have them streak or put too much toner on the page. I'm done with that! From now on I'm buying all my toner directly from HP!

Not working
Colors are not faithfully reproduced...for example something the shade of brown comes out in a green....as if the yellow and blue are working and the magenta is not...
