Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regret the unavailable of single cartridges Though I value the quality performance of my HP Photosmart D7360 printer, it is getting increasingly difficult to conveniently purchase ink cartridges for it... and never with any savings other than purchasing the combination pack, which never equally uses all colors in the pack. I have been unsuccessful in finding another similar HP ink jet printer that utilizes 5 colors. Even if I did, I resent the fact that HP cannot find a way to make ink cartridges interchangeable with various models.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed Purchased this cartridge about 3 week ago from the HP web store at a reasonable price with next day free shipping but after I installed it my HP Photosmart 3210 all-in-one printer I got the message "The following ink cartridge appear to be missing or damaged " with the symbol for the Cyan cartridge and from that point on the printer would not acknowledge any requests to print documents even in black only. I followed the instructions at the HP web site for doing a hard restart and cleaning the cartridge contacts but to no avail. This printer is probably 15 years old now and was kind of pricey but repairing it will exceed the cost of a new one. Not sure I will buy another HP, I will need to see if any manufacturers offer one that can default print in black only if the color cartridge is empty or missing.

However, I received one ( HP02 Magenta ) that appears that have broken and ink had spilled out in the package. I called and had email chat to advise of the problem but the representative just stop emailing me of what I need to do or provide advise. what a poor and pathetic service. If HP do not contact me I will call my credit card company to reverse the charges. Thank you. poor ....

I used the ones that came with the printer and ordered more when I signed up for insta ink. I got an email with my first inst ink that said it might not have been a true HP cartridge? My new one hasn’t arrived yet. Hopefully it will last longer.

It is an older model (still working just great) and was unable to find separate color cartridges in the local stores. And if I bought the collection that is boxed up; I'd have more of the colors that would just get outdated. It was very frustrating!! And, such a waste!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from printer failure I have an HP C6280, the printer window said I had "ink system failure", one thing I could do was replace empty(?) ink cartridges, these two appeared to lack ink so I replaced them. I turned the printer on, and tried to print a page, I got the same response. The printer window also said I had an error: #0xc18a0106. I have not been able to print anything, I have no idea if these cartridges have ink in them...

I kept checking back and finally it was available the middle of January. I ordered it and got it on overnight priority January 29th. Now my printer is happy again and so am I.

When printing black and white photos, my printer gives the photo a greenish tint, I don't know why but it looks odd, and the cyan is obviously being used in the photo...

I no longer have my own business and don't go through the ink cartridges as fast as before. It's hard to buy one ink cartridge at a time, but HP online always has what I need . When I need it. Was so happy with my printer that I bought an HP printer for my son in college.

I order from HP and the prices,I think, are less expensive. With my social security and retirement I have to watch my spending. Great company to deal with.

I feel I should receive another Cyan cartridge that completely full. Of the 6 cartridges I ordered, 2 were not full. Big, big, problem somewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expiration before used I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them. HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late. It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 cartriges.

The order was eventually placed, but the order was not process for weeks afterwards. It took about one month (give or take) from the successful placement of the order and receipt of the items (2 ink cartridges).
