Overpriced toner that HP can only sell at these prices because they use deceptive practices to prevent 3rd party manufacturers' cartridges from functioning and that prevent these from being refilled or even being used all the way up before they stop working. If there were another printer manufacturer that didn't do the same awful nonsense I'd buy their printers and toners in a heartbeat.

Can’t Beat OEM
I know one can buy knock-offs of toner cartridges and spend a little less but I want consistent color and reliability when I print photos. I didn’t buy a high quality HP printer to use low quality toner. I find you get what you pay for, especially in technology. I bought a three pack of the color cartridges for a savings. My wife loves the great color for her projects.

Excellent Toner for my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
I always grumble when I have to buy toner. It's expensive. But I will say that installation is so easy and there is no mess. This technology has come a long way. When I think about it, the price isn't that bad considering how many thousand pages I will get out of my printer. I also like the pre-paid labels and boxes to send back my old toner cartridges for recycling. That is a nice touch. All in all, I get professional results out of my printer and original HP Toner cartridges.

Crisp vivid colors that last forever
I'm only buying genuine HP laserjet toner from now on. The quality of the cartridge coupled with the vivid and clean colors make this worth the slight premium over other toner options. Easy toner replacement
I ordered four cassettes that landed on my porch three days later. I replaced the empty cassettes and put those in the same boxes the new came in and used the UPS prepaid sticker to recycle center. Very easy and convenient.

We recently purchased an HP Laser Jet Printer and these toner cartridges. The toner produces nice brochure quality print. I like using the laser jet toner better than the previous ink jet cartridges we used with our old ink jet printer. The Toner does not dry out in storage and it doesn't stop printing abruptly like the ink jet cartridges. These toner cartridges are a good product. HP's overnight delivery is also a great perk.

We bought our HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw a few years ago and it’s been running on the original toner cartridges until a few weeks ago. When we got the alarm for low toner in the print driver, I was dreading finding the right cartridges, installing them correctly without a big mess...turned out to be a piece of cake...good directions and product. Also directions to leave empty cartridges off at a variety of retail stores for recycling or labels to mail them off to HP was a plus. We had used inkjet printers in the past and got tired of ink clogging up and having to replace cartridges often. This printer prints great every.

HP Smart alerted me that my toner was low. So I ordered the recommended toner. The problem was the recommended toner was the wrong ones. Since I didn't discover this within 30 days HP would not return them. No recourse. Needless to say I was upset being stuck with $330 worth of toner I can't use. I will never buy anything ever again from HP.

Try finding a single color cartridge on HP's website or in the big box stores. Not available. But if a person wants to spend 3x what they need to, they can purchase the trio bundle and amazingly the colors are available then. When this printer takes a dive, I will be switching to Canon, the one Shaq advertises.

I wouldn't mind buying genuine HP cartridges if that was part of the deal in buying the printer.... 4 years ago. but, to take a firmware update automatically, then have the printer stop working because it didn't have genuine HP cartridges in it...with no work around...then having to bust out $400 for genuine hp cartridges to wait over a week for delivery... being dead in the water not able to print for over a week... that is just bad.

Well-timed deficient product
Like every other HP product such as the laptop, once this product ran out of warranty, it had a connection problem that the IT could NOT resolve. So, I asked for a replacement, who has the money to throw away every two years for a dysfunctionality that is perfectly timed by a company so that you can continue bleeding out money to them? Of course they wouldn't do that. I have purchased their laptop and printer over and over, and it is the same problem few months after the short-lived warranty, and a non-resolvable problem emerges. I stopped using them for laptop, it is time to stop using them for other products too. Word to the wise.

Great ink cartridges. Vibrant colors and the cartridge ink lasts a long time. I always feel I have gotten the best when I order an original HP product.

Best Ever!
I have owned at least a dozen printers over the years and nearly all brands, but my HP printer is the best ever. I have had it now for three years and it has never failed me. I have had one paper jam in three years and that was my fault. But best of all is the ease and simplicity of changing the toner cartridges. I actually think that I have finally found my "forever" printer. Thank you HP for designing this awesome printer for me! If you are reading this, you are likely thinking about buying a printer. Wireless Doesn't Work Well
I've had this printer for nearly a year now, and even though it's in the exact same room as my router/modem, and there are no obstructions between them, it is unable to connect daily. It's such a pain in the rear! I've called the customer support line half a dozen times, followed all their instructions while on the phone, and can get it to work for day or two. Then it always goes back to having to unplug the machine, hold the power button for 30 seconds so it drains all power, and replug it in again to see if there's a network connection. I've had to do this more than 50 times, and I'm just plain tired of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

Impossible to register!
Toner Cartridges are toner cartridges, as long as they are HP! My only complaint is that your system won't allow me to register the new cartridge, but every time my printer is turned on, your system sends me the message to register. Being irritating is no a good way to build customer loyalty..... your system has a glitch and you should fix it.

Counterfeit Error Message
I bought the 202A 3-pack online from HP on January 2020 and installed them within that week. Recently I started getting a "Counterfeit cartridge" message periodically throughout the day flashing on my computer and the printer screen and have to press a confirm that a counterfeit cartridge has been installed button on the printer screen before it will print. These should be authentic HP cartridges as I purchased them directly from HP. I wrote to HP about it a few weeks ago, but have not received any feedback. I think the cartridge supply may be low, but it's difficult to judge as the supplies status printout indicates "USED" rather than a percentage that is remaining. I'd like an HP rep to contact me about this please.

Good cartridge recycling is lacking
The cartridges are working like expected IF I had a complaint why not encourage recycling more by giving me a credit for returning the cartridges.

HP Sucks
HP disabled the generic toner cartridges in my 5 year old laser printer through a software update. The result was I had to spend over $300 for replacement HP toner cartridges. A full set of Generic cartridges runs $75. What rip-off. I'll never buy another HP product of any kind.

Poor service!
The cartridges were not compatible with my printer. All HP items. When i ordered from HP no one told me. When i called help desk, it took 2 hours and three different calls to get updated drivers to my printer and make ink cartridges work. Terrible service except for Broilan.

These printer cartridges arrived quickly after placing my order. They are currently sitting in my storage area awaiting installation in my LaserJet M281 printer. I anticipate that they will work very well in the printer once installed. That will likely happen within the next few months.

The 3-pack is a (relatively) economical method of purchasing color toner. The per-cartridge cost is less than purchasing each cartridge "separately".
