Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't run out of HP ink, EVER. I ran out of HP ink for 1st time ever. Had deadline to finish & needed ink fast. Ran to the store. They were sold out of my HP ink. Ended up buying off brand. FYI, which costed $12 more than HP ink. My HP printer did not like the ink. System rejected it 3 times before accepting illegal ink intruder. Finished my the project on time. Printing job not as good as HP ink. Yes, I noticed the difference that I have been tacking for granted for many years. Ordered my HP ink via web site. Within 2-3 days the sub-standard ink was in the trash. I will not print without HP ink again, that includes photo paper too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed. I have always bought direct from HP and had been happy in the past. Today I tried putting the yellow 564 cartridge in my printer and it would not go in. After inspection I noticed the little red dots that are usually on the bottom front had one missing. I am guessing it is some sort of magnet. I finally gave up and put a different cartridge in without any trouble. I always keep a spare cartridge for each color. It was defective. I am not returning it, it is a few days past 30, it will cost me more to mail it pack, and I would have to pay a restocking fee. I always ordered direct from HP because of the quality. I am not happy.
