I have tried unplugging everything and resetting my printer, with the same error. It says HP on the wrapper and cartridge I don't get what is going on. Never had this happen before

I checked the address label on the shipping package and the Reference # matched the item ordered, but the cartridge inside was incorrect.

I prefer to stick to one model of printer because they all use different numbers of cartridges, For example: I use to have a printer that used #564 and no longer have this printer, and I am stock with a set of this number #564 without having the opportunity to use this number of cartridges, and they are all expensive and got my money wasted. I feel sorry for this mistake I did, but you learn out of your mistakes...

I liked receiving the recycle pouch and will use it if that is what you need to know. You'll have to wait a while before I use the ink that I purchased. Sorry.

I tried calling HP Support only to find out that I had to pay for it. I then reached out to HP Support on YT followed all the instructions provided including watching a video and the issue persisted. We became so frustrated we trashed the HP Envy & bought the HP Officejet Pro 9018, just wish I could get a refund on these cartridges.

I am looking forward to getting more printed pages from these cartridges. I did not give you a 5 star rating because I do believe that given the shift in the economy your prices are too high. I am a causal user and the thought of spending so much of my income on a product that is needed in order to use the printer is stressful at times. I recently learned that the XL version of this ink product produces less printed pages, I purchased this product and wondered why the ink dried out so quickly, come to find out it produces fewer printed pages. Looking forward to more printed pages when I need them and a smile on my face.

We use this printer probably like two times a month, print or a copy, by the 3rd try it is dry. So at that point the ink becomes expensive. I don't know how not to lose the ink. Any suggestions?

I could have gone to Walmart and picked it up the same day. A printer cartridge is not an item you recommend to anyone, it's what you need for your printer. Your company inadvertently shipped me 1 Cartridge 61XL and 1 60XL. I cannot use the 60XL in my printer. How did you mix up the numbers. What a waste of money. Now I have to go to Staples and purchase another cartridge. Very unhappy about this purchase.

Finally after I spoke to a supervisor she was able to help me. Before speaking with her I was getting the run around. Never had to wait as long as I did. Usually my purchases come quickly.

If I print in person, all is well. The 2 pack is very convenient,too, as we always have the next cartridge if we run out unexpectedly.

It was supposed to print at least 190 pages and I know that I have not printed that much. My printer only holds 50 sheets and it still has paper in the feeder. Shouldn't these be guaranteed for the amount of pages that I paid for?

I could have gotten remanufactured ink, but when I used it before those cartridges leaked and ruined my printer. I find that using original HP ink is best for my printer. Also, it gives a better print.
