I do NOT print real often and did not keep a page count, but compared to a different printer and ink for it, this was much better. The catches that hold the cartridge in place do not work real easy but was acceptable. The best feature is the price ... and to not forget the free delivery. My black cartridge was a few cents cheaper than Walmart, but it comes to my door very fast. (No gas money driving to Wally-world.)

Even though the unit said I still had 50% of the ink left, it would not print. Ink cartridges are very expensive in my opinion but when you are out of ink you have to get a new one if you want to print. Really there is not much to rate.

The majority of the pages were printed text. So, not heavy ink users. We thought this was just a defective cartridge. But, the second cartridge ran about the same amount of pages.

And there is no one at HP to talk to except a Virtual Support person that is hopeless. My printer is just a year old. Best Buy suggests I get a Geek in for $100.00 - almost the price of the printer. I suggest you rethink your customer service and not your bottom line and start providing better systems to help customers with interfacing issues.

Recently after the notification that ink needed replacing again, I bought two more ink cartridges from HP and still got the notification. Tech support says nothing they can do and I need to replace.

After I printed maybe five sheets it says it’s low on ink. I don’t understand I just bought this ink and I bought it directly from Hewlett-Packard to make sure it was good high-quality. Then a less-than-1yr-old printer puts out errors (out of paper) which are false. Ink does no good when the printer won't work! Anyway, the ink in that cartridge did fine briefly, then I had to use on the "best" printing setting to get a copy, then even that didn't work. This HP cartridge is so much better and is all I will buy from now on. And the HP even cost a few dollars less!

I bought an adapter to go from USB to HDMI to run my separate monitor and have yet to get my monitor to work. As you can see, no picture on monitor. Other than that, I am really happy with my new Chromebook.

It is the model no. recommended for the model office jet printer--3830--that I have. (My printer is not yet a year old.) Have not been able to use the printer since.

It must have double checked to identify my computer and the correct cartridge. I ordered using the app and a few days later my new ink cartridge arrived. It was easy to take out the old one and place the new one. Bonus, there was a prepaid bag to return the old cartridge for disposal or refurbishing.

New cartridges work great, but I've tried the economy, original and the bulk cartridges and all have dried up when I get just below 50% ink capacity. I've performed the clean cartridges task as well as the deep clean, but neither helped. Any suggestions to get lasting results would be appreciated.

Yield is mis-stated. I printed about 90-100 pages over a 6 month period. I got about 52% yield. I called customer service to rep[ort product F6U62A from Malaysia does not print as what is claimed. I keep buying these cartridges for I need them but not satisfied with yield.

We have to print test pages and then sometimes it will start printing. The HP 63 are in the upper price range comparably and seems to be lots of wasted money on what use you actually get out of them if you leave it sit for a few weeks without printing.

After waiting almost 3 weeks for it to arrive I put it in my printer only to find out ITS NOT COMPATIBLE!!! I’m so disappointed I wound up going on Amazon and getting my refills, and they arrived the next day and were cheaper. Moral of the story I will NEVER order from HP again.

I had to research the instructions on the web as they do not come with manuals anymore like in the past. Already used one ink cartridge in less than 1 month. I went on line a d ordered one from the website based on their recommendations for my HP ink jet #63. When it arrived I installed the ink and again kept saying reinstall ink error and would not function. I ended up buying #64 which works correctly. I have now had purchace ink twice when I should have had the correct size automatically mailed to me since I pay for the monthly subscription and ita the 1st time I've needed ink extremely unhappy

The HP ink cartridges give good quality copies, but in my experience do not produce anywhere near the 190 pages that is claimed, even doing just basic one page typed letters (no pictures). In my opinion, these cartridges should be retested and a more accurate estimate given. Otherwise, I have had no problems with HP ink cartridges.

There was only one time I had a problem with a new cartridge, and that turned out to be a printer problem instead. The ink cartridges are dependable and it is good to know how many copies I should be able to make. My old printer does not recognize it and says cartridge missing. I am so frustrated I purchased a new Printer from HP. I tried to install the printer to my PC. The printer did not come with a cable to hook the printer to PC and therefore I can not download the program to get the new printer to work. I am an 81 year old woman and can not just run out and buy a cable for it so here I sit with no printer still. I am going to purchase from another company and see if it turns out any better. Well, you get what you pay for. I have since learned a dollar cheaper at a store is not worth it. I now buy directly from this website and it is not only less expensive than box stores, but also the best quality available.

And by the time that we used the extra large size of 63 printer ink, it didn’t work - it had dried up. So we drove to OfficeMax and they didn’t have any 63 ink on their shelves. So from OfficeMax we drove to Best Buy and there was a line outside the store waiting to get in so we drove home. And at home we found the HP Store website on line and ordered two cartridges of the small size 63 ink cartridges. And it worked just like printer ink is supposed to work. We are satisfied.

I needed 2 black cartridges and since a pack of two was unavailable, I was forced to purchase two single packs which cost me more money. Also, in my opinion, the cost of the cartridges are higher than what they should be, especially since I have been a customer of HP products for years.

There are a few items I would change. 1) The default position for copying should be black not color. 2) The position on the glass should start from the far left not the far right. 3) The print quality deteriorates when the cartridge still has ink, but is about 1/4 full.

I have the time to worry about that, or trying to return products, complain, etc. These cartridges have worked for me 100% of the time.

(Note, at point of purchase, the estimate was a week. But the product didn’t even leave the warehouse until week 2.) That is not satisfactory. The only reason I’m rating a “4” is because of the item. However, I doubt I’ll ever order direct from HP again.
