After I installed the new toner ..my printer stop printing and all the tips to get it back to printing failed.....I unpluged the power cord and followed all the steps....Still not printing...I'm waiting for my "teck" person to come and see what the problem it I've never had this to happen befroe...SOOO disappointing and I get to pay my teck. Never had this to happen before when I installed a new toner cartridge....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big problems I got this for my HP MFP M127fw and it didn't fit! My printer normally takes an 83A and this was supposed to go in this printer, but it was molded so it would not go in. I found this out too late for a refund, so I was out the cost from HP. BEWARE!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink cartridge had only 75% of required ink in it What ink was there worked fine. But, the cartridge contained only 75% of the advertised ink for the extended life cartridge. When I called to discus it with HP I was told too bad. You should have told us when them cartridge was first inserted into the printer. They could (or would) do nothing now. That is miserable service. Why purchase an HP product if the company will not stand by what it sells? I will think twice next time. There are other models out there.

I bought one of these a month ago, via HP'S online store... very impressive feedback on progress of the rapid delivery... most impressive and convenient return process for return of spent cartridge--free, no muss, no fuss easy! Only ding was an HP nag dialog that whined for a while that the new cartridge was not "genuine"!?!?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost perfect service I became tired of keep ordering the "regular" toners so I went to the "XL" so that I would not be bothered with having to change toner for my printer so frequently. Good idea. Also good speedy response.The only negative that I have about my purchase is that they did not charge the tax rate for where they were delivered; I am in an unincorporated city which has a lower tax rate. Please check your orders for appropriate tax calculation.

I just wish the printer would talk to my network once in a while. Seems like every time I want to print I have to power cycle the printer, delete and re-add the printer, reinstall drivers, etc. It rarely just prints. Same problem with wireless connection directly to the printer. Also wish HP would send me less spam email.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP SOFTWARE CAUSES INK CARTRIDGES' EARLY DEMISE The toner is great until HP downloaded a software that creates a pop-up to tell me the toner is running low on ink when it really still has much more to go. Prior, I could see the ink fading, but then I could shake the cartridge to get the ink moved around could use it for much longer. Fading ink was the warning to buy a new cartridge and I'd rather go back to that because I'm wasting my money now. Since HP's software interference, I get less mileage out of the ink cartridge and am looking for a new non-HP product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not universally compatible w/ 83A The printer management software pop-up (HP Laserjet Pro MFP M125-M126 PCLmS) said my toner cartridge was low and did I "want to order a genuine HP replacement". Sure, I clicked, and was taken to the HP store. I was given a choice between an 83A (standard capacity) or an 83X (twice the capacity for only 35% more cost). So I opted for the latter, and it didn't fit my printer - the very same one whose software gave me only these two choices. I went to Staples and bought an 83A, which fit perfectly. The 83X might be a 5 star cartridge, but buyer beware! One star for the 83X vis-a-vis the MFP M125 printer. I gave 2 stars because the HP store's return process was super easy with a rapid refund :-) Overall quite happy with HP, but the 83X glitch seems avoidable. Hoping for a software update.

It was simple to find the cartridge using the hp smart app which knew exactly what i needed. It was very easy for purchase. The hp printers and the hp smart app are fabulous.
