Please read below note:
? Have purchased a HP 910 Blue, Yellow Cartridges on December 26, 2020.
? The blue cartridge is defected
? Tried to contact costumer service line 1-800-108-4747 several times
? Heavy phone call – call back later messages
? Have difficulty with hp store web for return & replacement / resolution
? Indicates hp poor quality products
? Please return the charges to my credit card account

I also have the same issue with HP 910XL Magenta that I have purchased from Amazon.

? Please do not replace it with another defect cartridge – Indicates hp poor quality products
? Please return the charges to my credit card account

Leaking ink
The first time I’ve had a problem. I love my printer & am happy with your instant ink program. But this time the ink cartridge was leaking. I desperately needed the yellow so I cleaned it off & installed it. Overall no big deal.

Finally found a color
So. The ink is fine, but you cannot find 910 ink anyplace. The community forums are very critical and rightly so. Sell a printer at Costco and then fail to supply replacement ink. I bet if I went with Instant Ink there would it be a problem, right? But try to buy individual is impossible. Very poor customer support.

Cartridge Availability Atrocious
HP has a serious ink cartridge supple chain issue and cannot keep up with demand. The printer and ink work great, but going without ink for a month at a time is a reflection at a company that can’t get supply planned properly.

I was sold a recalled ink cartridge
I was sold two yellow hp 910 ink cartridges that apparently were recalled for incompatibility. I bought them directly from HP who knew better! Try contacting them, ha! The virtual support is worthless for this issue. I want them replaced with cartridges that will work but not having any luck. My rating would be 0!

Finally got one
After trying for over a month trying to get this yellow cartridge finally got one and this completes my set of replacement cartridges so I can start printing in color again. Hope this one lasts longer than the start up ones!

It took over two weeks to deliver some ink? HP ink is expensive as it is; why does it take HP so long to fulfill orders? Sure be nice if we had options but it looks like HP has cornered the market. But a reasonably priced printed, get jammed with ink costs.

I bought this color Yellow recently but find it difficult to reorder at Best Buy. Is it the supply chain or the high demand due to the popularity of the HP 8025 printer series. ?

I love having a yellow ink cartridge in my printer again. We have gone months without a yellow cartridge that was not nearly empty and where I am the one who uses the printer the most I have missed it. This time I got an xt one to last awhile.

I received what I ordered in good condition. I had tried to get on the HP auto ink program. I have an HP computer and an HP printer, but because I the printer is not wireless I can't; even though a brochure for the ink program was in the printer box.
