The price is so high for all of their ink, I might just toss this printer and get another brand. I'll use the rest of my ink and then that's it. To have this kind of control over HP users is criminal.

I'm a visual learner, so printing my pages is VERY important. Not having the ability to get ink without signing up for the auto-delivery is so disappointing!!! Wish I could take it back and get my 7 yr old Epson that just couldn't stop clogging up on the black ink, to come back to life.

Trying to purchase any 910XL ink cartridges has been beyond infuriating - I was even told by HP the best way I had a chance to get an Ink Cartridge was to check first thing in the morning on Thanksgiving day, because they couldn't figure out when they would have the items in stock. I have no idea the quality of this Cyan Cartridge because without the Yellow cartridge that was ordered 8 days before I was able to order this one, still hasn't arrived and the HP printers will not print without all the cartridges. Basically, the printer that uses this ink cartridge has been useless since the beginning of October 2020, because of the failure of HP to have ink in stock. After this experience of trying to just get ink for the printer, I doubt I will purchase another HP Printer again!

Both cyan and magenta. Yellow shipped separately from another source, No problem with it. Never a problem with ink bought locally.

New cartridges put in, clean the heads and ran printer cleaner, etc. but still bad color print. IE: green is yellow and blue isn't blue but light blue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Class Action Lawsuit, Waiting to Happen I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought an HP All-in-On Printer that included six months of free ink. What I got was an aggravatingly invasive protocol (emails telling me that I've printed exactly XX pages in one day, please increase my auto-ship, etc.), and the nasty practice of "shutting off" my ink supply when I canceled the so-called 'free ink' deal. Customers MUST ship used cartridges back to HP or the deal's off. You MUST use new HP brand cartridges or "your printer could be permanently damaged" (irony alert) . In November I ran out of blue (cyan) ink. I walked to Staples stores all over Lower Manhattan to get the ink for my Holiday cards. Turns out the official HP cyan was recalled because its use "could permanently damage your printer." It's been a month and a half. NO BLUE INK anywhere -- HP, Staples, Amazon, Walmart ... No home-printed Holiday cards & photos for my friends and family. My printer is marginally useful in black and white (I design). There's a class action lawsuit here, I'm sure. Hey, HP, GIVE us new 8035 printers and year's supply of ink to compensate for your misleading "free ink" claim, before savvy lawyers take notice.

This has meant that I have been unable to effectively use the TWO HP Printers that I own. The worst part was that even with calls directly to HP I could et NO information on how long it would be before I could get the ink. If anything near like this EVER happens again you will lose a customer who has bought a new HP Printer every 2 years for over 30 years.

Now we all know HP ink is super expensive but now it's unavailable! I have tried HP, Costco, Amazon, Staples, Office Depot etc for 2 months trying to purchase a Yellow HP910 ink cartridge, zero luck. I'm returning my crap printer and changing manufacturers same thing for future laptops and towers.

NEITHER has any print quality and both are BRANK FREAKING NEW. Smears, lines, missing ink. I did all the clean print heads, align print heads and remove smears NONE WORK I HATE HP NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY THEIR CRAP.1

My bigger issue is that there is only one ink which works with my relatively new printer, and it is often out of stock, hard to find, and almost never in stock as a bundle of colors, which is slightly less expensive and easier than ordering singularly. If I had to do it over again I would pick a printer with a company that had less expensive and more easily available Inc.

I have always used HP and have been happy with their products. But, when I purchased this one I was disappointed. The ink cartridges are difficult to prepare to install. The printer uses way ink quicker than any other product I have had. Then 2 weeks in, no one has the inks available, they are sold out everywhere. I was finally able to locate some of the inks directly through HP, but, they took a week to get to me. Now that I've installed the ink cartridges, they don't work. Fed up!

I removed from the box, cut off the wrapper, and was removing the orange handle when the cartridge started spewing black ink. Thankfully, had on old clothes, got to a sink and got paper towels before it hit my carpet. Was able to get the ink off of an antique chest and Cloroxed the stains out of the sink. But my hands are still a mess and on a brand new manicure. Think it was way over filled.

After I replaced the cartridges, I could not get my printer to print the Magenta or Cyan ink. Tried using the printer maintenance function & cleaned the print heads. Tried the align function, but still will not print the Magenta or Cyan ink. These colors printed fine prior to installing the new cartridges.

When I installed it, an error message told me that it was not usable. How can I get a replacement? I have been very pleased with past HP cartridges.

I then got a request to my personal email to review the ink. Therefore, HP is tracking my printer use to my email even when I have not given any consent to do so. Are you tracking WHAT I print as well as the ink I use? You are violating my privacy.

I purchased the 910 cyan ink cartridge that it needs, installed it properly and it still didn't work. I thought it was the ink cartridge, so I purchased another brand new one and that still didn't fix it. I spent hours online troubleshooting with their tech bot and repeatedly trying to call them with zero luck or answers. Either being transferred to the wrong department that couldn't help or being hung up on. My printer is still under warranty, but no one I spoke to would give me a case number. I heard HP support was bad but this is next level bad. I'm stuck with a printer that wont print cyan which makes it useless for color printing. Completely unsatisfied

I have been unable to purchase cyan color ink that works with the printer without it, the printer is a black and white printer only. Two months later and hp has not corrected the problem with the cartridges or the supply. The required cartridges are unavailable in stores or Direct from hp. Very disappointed in hp!

I had previously been purchasing XLs for black ink, but using regular capacity cartridges for color. Since the majority of my printing is comprised of black and white documents, I thought this was the better way to go. But now that I have upgraded the color cartridges to XL, I will never go back to the regular ones simply because of how long they last.

I understand due to covid it taking a while to receive it. Just put the cartridge in our printer today...nothing - it didn't do a thing...no color came out. I double-checked it, tried cleaning it, did the maintenance print through the printer..nothing. what a waste of money. It's so hard to find the cartridges too so now I have to keep checking stores. I will not be ordering ink through HP again.

I use my printer most days so immediately I ordered all four HP 910XL cartridges from HP Shopping online. Today more than a week later I received ONE Cyan cartridge! It’s a good thing that I also, the same day, ordered the most important HP 910XL black cartridge from Office Depot!!! I came 5 days ago on Monday! The remaining cartridges are supposedly to arrive on May 8th... 8 days from today! THAT’S terrible service to say the least.

These ink cartridges are not working properly and cause smeared print outs. When I apply the clean cartridge application on my printer, it is evident that the cartridges aren’t working properly from the print out. The print out shows spaces between the colors. I’m extremely disappointed and have sent numerous emails for replacements and have not received a reply!

When I went to install them the ink leaked our rapidly onto my hands and carpet. Thinking this was a one off ( as carts have never done this before) I opened the second with the same result. Now I have a real mess to clean up. Wrote to HP customer service. Have not heard from them or received any replacement carts. If I had purchased these locally I could have returned them . HP includes an envelope for used cartridge return - that is the deciding factor. While there are cartridge drop-offs at stores, I'm disabled and the mailer is easiest for me. HP: Please amend your product description to specifically state that the 910XL (color) cartridges are the same size as the standard one's.
