I recently had to replace the original black ink cartridge and after doing so have had nothing but issues with the new cartridge. The prime irritant is the color of ink coming out of the printer, which is some weird variant of grape black.....something not expected from a HP cartridge. I’m going to go back to canon....HP just cant seem to get it right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult To Order But Worth It Genuine HP Ink, a bit hard to order, but after that a great product was delivered to my home in a timely manner, They have an automatic ink program, but couldn't figure out how to sign up and get it to work. Had HP support in the Philippines, on for over an hour and tech couldn't help me set it up, and wound up effecting several other programs on my computer. I had to go back and undo everything. The instructions were not easy and assumed we all a bunch network computer whizzes. I wound up having to order the ink directly on my own on old school way though the HP store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good ink but terrible service for your customers I use my hp 8035 for business...Went to buy more ink a week ago as I was almost out and then I go to your website and you are totally out of yellow 910 and cyan 910...so I called your website office and even your sales people did not know HP was totally out of those two ink and not sure when they would be available...so I sit with no ink not being able to print for my business and HP has yet to even send out emails letting their customers that they are out of ink and cannot suppply any.. What kind of company runs out of a product--knows that customers are running out of ink and does NOTHING TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY HAVE NO 910 YELLOW OR CYAN INK...YOU ARE RUINING MY BUSINESS AND YOU DON'T GIVE A DARN...SHAME ON YOU... If you live in a hot climate put it in a cool place and let it cool down before opening the cartridge or it will leak when you open it. I like HP products.

I make cards and sometimes I put photos of the person I am sending this card to. But not anymore ever since I put the new cartridges of instant ink in every photo I print comes out orange on hp photo paper. I tried it on cardstock it printed fine the first time but the second time I printed the photo half of the lady's picture was orange. I would love to send these photos to you to show I am not lying. Another excellent quality is the recycling feature. I love how HP recycles from start to finish at their new facility and sends a prepaid mailer with the purchase to make sure the used items get to the recycling center. A gold star for this!

The printer malfunctioned and it has been sent back and is dur to arrive at your destination Tomorrow 2-22-2021 by FedEx. I am waiting for notification that my Master card has received a credit for my hp pc that would not print. Additionally I have or am waiting for a credit on the XL ink cartridges that i purchased. It will, however, print if you unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. I have tried the trouble shooting protocols and software updates to no avail. The 4th, the Magneta, was "out of stock". I purchased the in-stock 3 XL cartridges and they were shipped from SoCal arriving promptly within 3 days to my SoCal home. The HP 910XL Magneta cartridge became available when HP located one east of the Mississipi River in Kentucky. Crossing the Mississipi apparently was a challenge since it took 12 days for delivery to my doorstep in SoCal. I have used multiple HP computers, printers and ink cartridges for years in a home environment. They have served me well with great reliability and longevity. I will continue to purchase HP products.
