Rated 5 out of 5 by from Messy install horrible design. If your rip the plastic off while holding the sides ink spurts out. Once you get through that if you twist off the orange plastic piece it starts dripping ink. Never had ink cartridges with this issue. Redesign these ASAP.

It's bad enough that your ink is so expensive, but I also had to check 4 different places and order from two different places to get the 3 ink cartridges that I needed. Your supply chain is broken. I understand you are also having problems with your ink cartridges. I hope the ones I have don't mess up my printer.

Now, if only I could get one in cyan, I would have a full set of spare ink cartridges! Until then, I'll have to print everything in monochrome.

After much time on the computer trying to find the ink and why it was not available I just gave up and used black. I probably will not buy another hp printer because of this lack of transparency which is too bad because I am happy with the printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I dont know... I don't know how the HP 910XL HIgh Yield Yellow Original Ink Cartridge works... I did order a Cyan and it did not work at all. I have had lots of issues with the 910 ink. First couldn't buy it anywhere in town then couldn't order it from anywhere. I ordered from HP and the Cyan didn't work. This has been going on since October 2020. I know there is covid but... I returned the Cyan to HP still waiting since December 29 2020. So have not printed in color, can't. Still waiting. Today is January 16 2021.

The problem is I have purchased 2 over $200 in ink. Only to get a defective Cartridge (yellow jaune). I even contacted a sales person who encouraged me to order more and it still reading the same. I can't return it because I had to open the box to see it worked. I need to speak with an agent.

These printers are used with our stand alone workstation printers. The printers are a good fit, good quality, easy to use, full functioned. The Folks who use them like them. But, they are Down 1/3 of the time. Just plan out of ink. our office suppler has been "out of stock" for months. A great car with out gas is unusable. Your site has started having ink but pricing that is way out of line. My boss asked how the how come the cost to run these is so high? I did not have an answer? The cost/page and cost/mth . My year end project is to replace these printers with something is not down 1/3 of the time and control costs. I will be working with our office suppler to find a new standard workstation printer for all our users. Sorry it will not be an HP. I'm sure you know this is a problem and you have not done nothing to fix it. The old HP would not let this happen. We can't be spending our time looking for ink. Aloha Bill

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Ink but Orange Tab Removal a Pain The HP ink cartridges for my printer are good. The only problem I have is the "orange tab" that has to be twisted off. It is almost impossible to remove. Even my husband who is very strong cannot get the orange tab to break off. I just have to keep working and working at until finally it gives. I really do not like spending that much time trying to replace an ink cartridge. And it does not matter which cartridge it is: yellow, blue, black or magenta. They are all a pain to snap that orange tab off.

I’ve tried everything to clean it but think it now needs a new print head although it’s still under warranty. I cannot contact your service department or warranty department. I don’t believe the cartridges are bad.

The colors still are coming up with a pink stripe over the pictures I tried to print. I clean the heads many time as advised. Could not get anyone to help. Hard to find the phone number to call someone and the on-line assistant is useless. Only had this printer for only a year. Have to buy another one. I will never buy another HP. Mine is Pro 8028 I have complained with no feedback. Feel they need to give me something in return. Heard the blue ink ruins the heads.

When i removed the orange cap more came out but the cartridge didnt leak. It still worked in the printer so far. Aside from the yellow hands all is still well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow and torn The product came separate, 2 cartridges, then one. The last one came a week after the first two. The box was completely destroyed on one of the cartridges. I recommend yoHP sell their ink through Amazon, or get your act together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super expensive ink. Ink has been around in society for thousands of years. Ink has been in printers for decades. HP keeps these prices up to make up for their cheap printers and on top of that, they use a whole slew of tactics to keep you from using 3rd party ink. I get it, but my goodness is this overpriced for anyone and everyone.

I buy HP replacement ink cartridges, too, because I need that same level of dependable performance from those, too. Consequently, I can focus on my work and not the tools I use to complete it!
