The cartridge arrived as scheduled on the next day and the following day, I ran out of yellow in the middle of a big travel job! Thank goodness the replacement cartridge had arrived so all I had to do was slap the replacement one in and finish my job!! Talk about perfect timing!

It gets even better when I use HP special discounts. I do my ordering on-line that is easy, and I also use the provided plastic bags to recycle the empty cartridges ( at no cost).

So I bought all four colors (C, M, Y, and B - this one). I bought these directly from HP and installed them in the printer. The printer continued to say that the cartridges were not compatible. I used HPs troubleshooting tools and recommendations. I tried - as recommended - to install new firmware in the printer. Although I could download the firmware & driver updates from HP, the firmware would not install on the printer. I finally gave up, took the HP printer to electronics recycling, and bought another brand of printer.

I've purchased ink from other "generic" non-HP vendors -- and I've been sorely disappointed. No more! I want quality and for that quality, I go to HP. The HP ink lasts longer and the colors are much better. I may be old, but I'm not stupid!!!

They shipped me Z10 cartridges as I'm in the US and the printer was bought here. Tried to use it today and it doesn't work, states that it is the wrong region!!! The current cartridges are Z20, which is the US and other countries. The Z10 is US and Canada. Guess what, I'm in the US!!! So either should work. To make it more fun, the printer will not work at all since the old cartridge is now "empty" after I removed it. Using genuine HP cartridges from the HP.com store left me without a printer that works!!!

I have been using their products for over 25 years. The yellow high yield is the best ink yet. It lasts a lot longer but still gives excellent printing & it doesnt smudge. Yellow is the most normal color of the bunch- in an 8 crayon set, you've always got yellow. But it's sure nice that you can get this from HOP instead of having to melt crayons!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful product for 4 years but suddenly stopped I had an HP 8615 that I was very happy with for three years. I have ordered and used HP 951XL and HP 950XL inks during that time. Several weeks ago, I tried putting in an HP 951XL yellow into my machine and the LED of the printer indicated that the cartridge was not compatible. I ordered a new one from both Walmart and HP directly but neither worked. I finally, in frustration, ordered an HP 8710 that uses HP 952 cartridges that have worked fine for two weeks. Probably the machine itself failed but it all started with trying to replace the HP 951XL yellow cartridge.

Pricing was very similar to competitors, and I never had to leave the house. My package arrived the next day, and school projects were completed on time. This is by far, the best way to get your ink!

It has twice the ink, lasts at least twice as long or longer and you get a better bang for your buck. The ink is extremely professional looking after printing. LOVE my new printer and the HP 951XL ink ctgs.

I do however feel, it is priced so far above the value that HP ink has become less worthy of our investment. We have found several ink suppliers who's product performs as well and in some cases even better at a fraction of the cost. Of course, one must get around the error message HP puts on their printers when after market ink cartridges are installed. Paying a little more for something better is natural. In the case of HP ink cartridges, the prices far exceeds the quality and benefit.

Minor problem after installing new replacement cartridge--the computer seemed not to recognize a new cartridge had been installed and refused to print anything. Problem solved by turning off power to the printer, clearing the que, rebooting, and running drivers again. Minor gripe that if one color cartridge runs out of ink, it also refuses to print black ink-only documents,

Printer (HP Office Pro 8600) hasn't worked since. Part Number on replacement is CNO48AN. Part Number on original is CNO48AE Hello HP - there is a problem here somewhere!!!!

I called HP, told them the problem and they shipped another out to me "next day". No problems. Customer service was good, although, it took HP a few calls to get me into the right department. I feel confident in working with HP in the future.

It took 2 days to get here and it would not register or work in my printer because it was from Singapore with a Warranty end date of 2022/01 while the one I had in my printer said Ireland 2021/08 and I just got another one in the 3 color pack that does not work from Malaysia 2022/06 that also does not work. The printer worked before the new ones were changed and when I put the old one back in it registered as empty only. It appears that the products coming from certain other countries are damaged because the are not registering in the printer which has put me out of commission when I need my printer because I'm a teacher with special needs students.

I have always bought the HP cartridges and not the store brand--I read various reviews and wasn't impressed! Each cartridge was only 10c more than the Office Supply stores. Add in the free S&H, and it was a done deal! Besides the fact that I would have spent more than 20c in gas to get to a Office Supply store, I didn't have to wonder if they were in stock, deal with taking the "theft-proof" plastic box to the check-out. I also did not have to hassle with a mask, do the "social distancing" thing (look for the x's, circles, boxes, etc. at the check-out)! Got my items much sooner than I expected, and arrived in excellent condition. Packaged in a sturdy new box with the air "pillows". Will do this again the next time I need ink cartridges! Will do this again!

I get the notice from my printer that a particular color cartridge is running low, I immediately order it from HP and it arrives the next day. I don't have to remember to buy the ink, I do not worry about quality and I can let the current cartridge run dry, as I have the back up in hand. The ink isn't cheaper anywhere else, either.

I have it at home and it is my favorite I have ever had. It is so good, that I am sure, now that I have stored up on some ink, HP will stop producing it. They did that to my wide format HP 7510 (prints up to 13 x 19) just after I stocked up on ink for it., And of course, something went wrong within weeks of my purchase; and the replacement for that wide format went from a couple of hundred dollars to nearly a $1000 (I replaced it with another brand - that'll teach 'em) - hope I don't go through that with this printer. I don't use it commercially, so I don't know about efficiencies

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Big Disappointment Original equipment needs original parts. Guess what happened? Yep, the cartridge was rejected by the printer as a non-HP product. So far I purchased genuine HP ink cartridges from a local dealer, Amazon dot com and your mail order enterprise. None of them worked. For grins and giggles, I purchased a compatible cartridge made in India and it worked. Believe it or not, this is the first time in the 9 years I owned the HP Office-Jet Pro 251dw I used a substitute cartridge for a replacement. Sad, isn't it? HP after all these years of faithfully purchasing their products, has let me down and out close to $400 skins.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Painful Ink Refill My printer ran out of yellow ink. That meant I couldn't print even black. The HP web site had black, yellow, and magenta ink available. No cyan! I got the shipment as 2 separate shipments. The needed yellow ink took much longer to arrive than the black and magenta. It took a couple more weeks before the cyan ink was available. That shipment took even longer than either of the others.

When trying to print anything in color the colors come out way off from what the colors of the item I am trying to print. As an example, the heading in the photo I am including with this review "The Arkansas River" was supposed to print in a brilliant red, instead it came out as a darkish, purplish color. The items also print very dark. Very disappointed.
