But squid are kind of pricey, and it pained me to hear their squeals of terror as the ink--and their lives--were being slowly squeezed out of them. It was a totally organic way to print great photos of my family, but it seemed kind of cruel. But suffer no more, you sweet little cephalopods! Now that I am using the HP 962 3-pack Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Original Ink Cartridges, you are free to swim about and squirt your inky joy unmolested by my printing needs!

I was out of blue ink because I accidentally used it on something where I wanted black. I replaced the black, then discovered that if I didn't also have blue ink, I couldn't print anything. I am annoyed that I have to purchase a product I don't need in order to make my original purchase work. In the future, I hope HP will avoid putting customers in a bind like this.

Of course since the prices on these HP ink cartridges are completely ridiculous, the quality better be the very best. Ink cartridges are the most ridiculously priced item I can think of - period. The mark up must by about 1000% or more. Let's see, about a dollar maybe two for the plastic cartridge, and about $2 worth of ink. All for the great price of $30 or more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value for the three pack. Bought the 3 pack as it was a better value than buying separately. I bought the regular size cartridges as I don't print a lot and when you don't print a lot your printer gets clogged up and leaks ink inside your printer. I am not going to be making the same mistake with new printer and have vowed to print more so it doesn't become junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ink cartridges are getting more expensive w/ time I don't subscribe to the ink monthly or quarterly rate because I don't use the printer as much. The cartridges are expensive !!! Why does a full set cost more than $100 each time ? What does HP manufacturing have to do to make a cheaper set of ink cartridges ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive to Operate I use my HP 9010 very little. It asked my son to pick up a printer when he went to Sams Club and this is what they haf. That being said it ends up that this printer is very expensive to use unless you use it near daily. The ink dries out and you have to replace the three color cartridges about the same time. If a color is depleted and the black is depleted you cannot just replace the black and use black only printing. You have to replace the color or colors and let them sit in the cartridge tray until they dry up. At some point I need to cut my losses and get a more efficient small volume printer. Very disappointed in the lack of print maintenance options HP put in this printer and even more disappo8nted with Sams Club for stocking it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A true ripoff...buyer beware two of the cartridges worked but the blue cartridge an error message read it was damaged. I got a new blue cartridge from Walmart for another $25 additional over these cartridges and now it works fine. Don't buy ink from this place unless you plan on paying extra from another store. They did offer a return envelope for empty cartridges but nothing in the event they ship you a junk cartridge to begin with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where's my ink? I ordered the ink on 12/3/23. Your confirmation email said 3-5 business days. It is now 12/18/23 and I have still not received the ink. When I check the tracking status, it says it is still en route from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I had to go out and purchase ink at a local office supply store because I needed the ink. I will be returning my order (if I ever receive it) to you for a full refund.

They did eventually give me points to decrease the cost of my next purchase when I complained and asked to cancel my order or get a rebate (before it arrived). However, but I won’t be purchasing from HP anymore, so that doesn’t help me.
