Fast, reliable and very good keyboard size
It was a great surprise on seeing how fast, how reliable and the good size of the keyboard that helps kids to quickly find each key to complete their school's work. Right size as well.

Perfect Kindergarten and 1st Grade
The grandkids are enjoying the use of the computer daily with their classwork. It was a nice low-cost option for the younger kids, who did not need a lot of bells and whistles.

Solid machine and great customer service
My kid had to turn in his Chromebook for the summer, so I looked and found the best deal on this HP at CDW. I was familiar with CDW’s reputation as a former agency CEO when we bought from them and got great customer service, so I felt really comfortable buying for a personal item. I ordered it one day, got immediate confirmation and I believe it came a day or two later. This HP is very simple, but built very well and performs like a champ. It’s essentially the same machine that the school system uses for all the kids, so another check mark. Thanks, CDW!

Few issues but not as bad as some people think
I'm using this for school and honestly, I kinda like the product. Yes, it can be slow and annoying and you can't download anything big on it, but for school and typing on google docs, it suffices. YouTube works great actually, you can watch 1080p vids on it without it lagging out. This is not the computer for you if you want to load big software on it. You will need Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac. But for work on trips, it works because it's much smaller than my ASUS computer. The keys feel decent to type on, the top of the screen has a nice texture to it, and storage is OK. Buy this if you go out a lot and need to write essays but don't buy if you want to game or install big software. Hope this helps

It is not the best
If you are looking for a good working laptop for work or for school, this is not the laptop. The only thing I can say good is that somehow this laptop has good outside protection. But Get an Acer laptop for x2 the prize or the Acer spin 13, IF you really want a good laptop for work. (chormebooks are not for gaming, so don't get any for gaming)

it works
The Performance of this Chromebook is abysmal, but it works, mostly, since HTML5 embeds (ex. Emularity) run poorly, but for regular web apps like YouTube, Google Drive apps, Microsoft Office (Web), works fine enough.
The Touch Screen feels matte which doesn't usually bode well for me, the trackpad when holding down and moving your finger, feels stiff.
anyways its meh

Much better options in the same price range
Performance isn't as bad as people say. It's decent. The bezels are massive and the 1366x768 screen is very bad. The keyboard is bad, but even though the touchpad is too small, it's pretty good. Build quality is good as well. The only spot with flex is the very top of the keyboard. Overall feels sturdy. Battery live is very good and I can easily finish a day with it.

Actually dog water. It took 15 minutes to load this review. I had no other tabs open. I think it would be faster to draw the websites on paper. Makes all of my classes a million times harder
