Simple to set up; instructions were easy to follow. Best feature is that it quickly scans to email. This is considered a pro-printer and it definitely runs circles around the $50-$100 printers at the stores - again, it`s very quick. It`s a great printer for what I would believe is small business use or even a home office. It`s a little large and cumbersome to have as an everyday family printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent ReplacementI purchased this printer as a replacement for my HP Color Laser Jet CP1215. This printer is much faster and quieter than the other. While I do own two additional HP printers; they are both ink jet printers which print excellent pictures, however, I prefer to print any documents with a laser printer because of the crispness of the display. This printer has met all my expectations and I would most highly recommend it.

The picture quality is great. I was able to print clear pictures, signs and banners for my business. I would recommend this printer to any business associates that I know.

I called for help but the HP person I talked to said I need to get an internet connection or buy a router otherwise it won't work. In the directions it said it would work and sales department said it would work. So I now have a printer that only worked with a wire to my computer.

Initial set up was fairly easy to set up on one computer. The reason for the 4 star rating is that I have been having issues with trying to print from more than one computer. I set up a second computer to print from but more often than not the 2nd computer will say the printer is off-line (even though it is not). I usually have to transfer what I want to print to the first computer and print from there.

I will only give it 4 stars because the setup CD that came with the printer should not be used until Windows 10 updates are applied after plugging it. other than the setup issue the scanner is fast and crisp. The printer produces quality results

I have tried the (limited) instructions on doing so and have not been able to print. I think there are some issues with user friendly instructions and intuitive use of the printer. I do like that there are minimal parts/cables/cords, but I would have liked to see more clear and used friendly instructions on how to actually connect to the WIFI and bluetooth, the instructions on the actual printer face are a bit confusing - ex: when you are trying to connect to the network, the online HP instructions advise that there is a "setup wizard" for wireless connections. The instructions online and on the printer do not match up.Thanks for allowing me to participate in the study.Best,Tanya

The printheads on the inkjets were clogging too often after serveral months being idle. I have one laser at each of my residences.

I am a fan of HP products, but this one works much than the printer I have now. This is a superior product and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend! I love how fast it prints.

The only downside is that the duplex printing is manual, but since I don't do that much two-sided printing, it was not a deal breaker.

And, best of all, HP provided excellent help getting everything setup on my MacBook Pro and my wife's MacBook Air. Scanning is excellent. Printing labels and photos easy. It's only 36 hours but I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Printer for Everyday Office UseThis printer is fantastic. The setup is simple and it easily connects to wifi so you don`t have to deal with cumbersome cords. It is quick to print multiple documents at once along with envelopes (as long as you don`t put them in upside down). The printer is fairly quiet and doesn`t make much noise. It has a scan to email function which is handy so you don`t have to transfer via flash drive. This is the type of quality I expect out of an HP product. I would highly recommend for anybody printing large volumes of documents as a personal printer or for a small business.

I was so surprised at all of the different features and the ease of which I learned to use this printer. It comes with step by step instructions and is simple and easy to connect and use. You can print from several different devices and connects wirelessly. The quality of printing is exquisite. I have printed some photos for business purposes and they look professional. This is the perfect printer for a business. So far the ink has went a very long way also. I have printed several pages approximately 1500 for our last meeting and the cartridge for black is still over 87 percent. I was amazed the ink has went so far. The ink is also not so pricey you can`t afford to buy it with the HP Ink program you save a lot. I am loving this printer and am so glad I got it!

I opened the product and started using it for a few days and absolutely love how easy it is to install. It pops right up on my computer after recognizing its existence and walks you through the installation step by step. It is very fast too when printing multiple sheets of paper. I used it to print a contract that I needed printed up and it was very quick and responsive. My favorite feature is probably that it is wireless because that makes it stand out from the rest and omits all the messy connections. The product definitely meets my expectations as this HP brand always does. When looking for these type of accessories, I need a printer as well as a scanner all in one and this one is perfect for my needs. The only thing that I would improve on is making it a little more small and compact. It is quite big but that is the only thing. Everything else about this product was a no brainer and really got my attention to help with my business.

I was not able to print wirelessly from my apple devices without customer service updating my system.... He had to use my computer remotely.....

Easy connection to smartphone and tablet via hp app. It prints in a jiffy, quality is great. Scanning and copying features are a must have these days.Definitely recommended to folks with kids at home for all the creative needs.

I got tired of the inkjet nozzles drying up between use, as I only use a printer occasionally. I’m hoping for better from the laser jet. It states it is a color printer however would only print in black so maybe I need to purchase different ink to use color function. The set up took a while and some of the directions were a bit confusing. I could not figure out how to connect it to wifi so I am running it with a USB cable. It is slightly bulky if so if you are pressed for space this might be an issue. It is quiet, which I link and hope that the toner lasts a while.
