The HP Compaq Business Desktop D530 Convertible Minitower chassis provides maximum expandability and flexibility, allowing you to standardize on one chassis for varying office environments. The D530 Convertible Minitower is the industry's only convertible tower on the market today, offering businesses the convenience and savings associated with purchasing one form factor for multiple uses.
The D530 Convertible Minitower includes one full-height AGP and three full-height PCI slots (5 via PCI extender card), and six drive bays that can accomodate additional DVD drives, Zip drives, CD-RW drives, backup tape drives and more.
The D530 Convertible Minitower has a wide-range of security options including remotely lockable Smart Cover Lock, Chassis Intrusion Sensor, Port Security Bracket, SmartCard keyboards and new HP ProtectTools Embedded Security chip. The D530 Convertible Minitower features two front audio and two front USB 2.0 ports for additional convenience and improved usability.
