Not genuine HP part even though the picture implies it
Merely a generic set of parts. One of the replacement rollers would not fit and the plastic guide on the front of the fuser assembly was broken.
The 4100mfp constantly stopped with paper jams after the kit was installed. The problem was traced to the broken guide on the front of the fuser. The printer is back to working after restoring the old fuser. Essentially I paid $200 for a handful of rollers.
I wasn't able to install this until 60 days after it was ordered plus I broke the plastic guide further while attempting to fix it. I didn't bother to ask CDW for a replacement due to the time since ordering plus my own ham-handed additional breakage.
Tried to save a few dollars. I will stick to genuine HP parts in the future. This is not genuine HP.
