Love HP, but no more
I had a hard time getting hold of HP, I needed them right away. No PC to connect to, so I had a hard time setting up my PC, Need at least a phone to call when I first install

Couldn't get what I ordered for months
Ordered and paid for, product had a ship date for a month later, reluctantly I waited. When I was expecting the order to arrive, I received an email saying it would be another 5 weeks. Contacted the sales rep, he located a very similar spec that should ship right away, it was missing the additional TB HDD, I agreed I would purchase the drives separately and install myself. Systems arrived, they had no wireless or Bluetooth, I had to buy these parts too, paid the full amount for the 4 machines and had to spend $400 more to get them to spec for my customer. Salesman was helpful and responsive. But, if I had been told they were having problems with build time, I would have gone to Microcenter....disappointing to me and my customer. But, they are nice machines....

was told that my video lag issues would be eliminated which didn't happen
Also was promised that the combination with HP monitors would NOT require and additional products to set up/support dual screens. Not so, it required a USB video adapter to support the two monitors
