Great Features
I purchased this to go with my new HP computer, so I could have a camera and mic to do meetings. After three or 4 different support chats which took hours from my life, it would never connect to my new computer which made me sad and so I sent it back. It ws considered defective so I received a full refund for which I was grateful.

INCORRECT MONITOR
I purchased this monitor at the advice of the HP salesperson.
Monitor looked fine, I could not test it out as it was not compatible with my CPU.
What in the world was rep thinking.

Not what I thought it would do
Not taking stars off because it worked, just doesn't work as a monitor for my tower, no HDMI, and all media ports output signal.

Not a good product for individual market
HP Sales Rep. wrongly configured this display w/ a Pavilion. This display unit does not work with the PC Tower. PC has HDMI out port, the display has a Display Port. there is no cable that can make this connection. Wasted my time and have to return this item.

Terrible Product
I have to agree with many of the other reviewers here. I have been an IT professional for many years and I was unable to get the camera on this display to work--went through multiple support chats with HP as well as ordering a brand new USB 3 A to B cable just to be certain I didn't happen to have (multiple) bad cables. I installed every updated driver for the mini and the display I could find.
There is a support thread you can find that suggests the main features of this monitor are only good with their mini desktop G5 or better. I bought an mini elitedesk g4 specifically for this display but apparently that wasn't quite new enough. If G5 is a requirement for the main features of this display, I missed the memo on that. Correction, I do see it now. It is a tiny footnote on the very bottom of the display datasheet.Very frustrating experience.

Why not include a Display Port Cable?
The picture quality is good as well as the camera and integrated microphone and speakers. However, for a monitor that does not have VGA or HDMI port, where one could expect that the customer would likely already have one of these cables, I was very annoyed that a display port cable was not included and this wasn't pointed out more clearly in the product description. I'm sure some people buying this monitor do not even have a display port and would have to buy an adapter.

Doesn't work
I bought the cables recommended by CDW for this specific monitor, connected it, turned off computer and monitor, turned on monitor, turned on computer. Still getting error message of no computer signal. Wish I could send it back, but bought it from New Egg and this product can't be returned $400 in monitor and cable costs not to mention time on phone with HP tech support that took hours to get in touch with me. NEVER buy another HP display product is my recommendation.

Received a defective product!
I bought this product and the microphones don't work. The product was delivered 25 March 2020 but the warranty said that it was purchased in Nov 2019.

Doesn't Work
I purchased this monitor with an HP desktop computer
After spending over $100 in cables to try and get it to work and absolutely NO HELP from HP I have finally asked to return the product.
No matter what cable was purchased the monitor would not operate

Incomparable with non HP products
Disappointed that this would not work with my Dell Laptop. I also was stunned that it did not come with standard ports like VGA and HDMI. I had to buy a display port to HDMI adapter to try and get the monitor to be recognized by the Dell and it still did not work.

Very neutral
I worked with a really great HP Rep, Aric, to order my All-InOne 24 Monitor. Unfortunately, I was expecting a new solution for my virtual meeting needs, and this monitor does not appear to have the microphone feature I was advised it had. I tried to look on the HP site to see if this was a feature or if there was an add on that I missed. I could not find anything. I have left messages to Aric and support, nothing yet. I have ordered a separate microphone. When that arrives, I will try my first meeting. If it doesn’t work, I will probably return and get a less expensive option, hoping to get what I paid for.

No technical support
Have been unable to obtain to have tech support tell me if this monitor works with a Elite One desktop i purchased 3 weeks ago. I have spent over $400 on cable to connect the computer to the monitor and still unable to get a signal. I have update driver, firmware etc. Then contacted Elite support, unable to get any idea of what monitor would work with my EltieOne computer.

**** Lack of Digital Video Inputs ***
Has NO DVI connector, so I brought 3 DVI to Display port connectors and NONE of them worked.. It seems the monitor ONLY WORKS with a display port cable and card or a completely inferior VGA 9 PIN DSub.. NO HMDI NO DVI!

Difficult to connect to other peripherals
I bought this after speaking to two HP reps and was told it would work with my work issued HP Elitebook fine and not require admin privileges to get up and running. It took about four hours to figure out how to get the webcam working and I am still trying to figure out what kind of cables are needed and which ports to leverage. Many USB ports but all I can get them to do is charge my phone. No clear direction from HP support on how to connect other devices easily.

This monitor did not come with clear instructions on how to assembly it nor any general directions for all its ports & buttons. I tried calling tech support for assistance and after 2 different specialists and over 2 hours of time, they did not help me! In addition, I seem to be missing a part but haven't been able to confirm that yet with HP. I need help!

I could not connect the monitor to my HP Pavilion with the instructions enclosed in the box. so I do not know how it works I was told I needed adaptors but they did not help me to connect what to what. Had little symbols on the monitor but no paper instructions as to what they actually meant. buttons on bottom didn't say what they are for. Again no paper instructions. Said to go on line but I had no monitor to go online!

Most difficult non-working monitor ever

Absolutely Terrible!!
What ever you do, don't buy this monitor. I have spent an entire day trying to get it to work with my HP Spectre Laptop. This monitor doesn't come with the cords needed. I went to best buy to find cords. I bought several and none of them work. I can't get a straight answer from HP on what is necessary to make this monitor work. This is way to much time and effort and it isn't worth it.

Probably good as All-in-One, but not ideal as Moni
very difficult to use as a monitor. I did not realize that it was intended for All-in-One computer. I had to buy special cables for input as a monitor.
