Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't meet expectations. I use this power supply to run a GARMIN GPS. After being on the road for 45 minutes, the GPS displays "Low Battery" and 10 minutes later dies completely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cannot fully charge Bad documentation, online documentation different from actual product. Cannot fully charge to 100%. Does not come with power adaptor to charge it, hv to buy seperately. Part numbers for adaptor not provided... user has to search n discover... very bad experience with.this. design also does not consider airlines requirements for travel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will not plug into my laptop Bought this product for use with my HP laptop- however the plug supplied with it does not fit my unit. Went to Best Buy to see if there was a cable available to fit my computer, but was told there was not. So I have a 100 plus dollar unit that will not work with what I purchased it to power. Sure do wish the product information would have specified that it didn't come with any adapters. Very disappointed in this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very satisfied I must admit I thought I was crazy for buying this, given the other reviews. So I am very pleasantly surprised how much I like it. I am using it with a Spectre x360 laptop. Once the battery is charged, it will fully charge my laptop's battery a single time. If I am not using my laptop while the powerbank is charging my laptop, it takes about 1 hour or so for the laptop to go from being almost empty to fully charged. The only negative I can report is that if I am using my laptop while the powerbank is charging it, the cord seems to come unplugged from the laptop rather easily. I can imagine this being quite a problem if, say, you were trying to use this during an airplane flight. Given the circumstances under which one might want to use this powerbank, I consider this a significant issue. Were it not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from .... and then it just quits working. I recieved the powerbank with a HP Backpack combo. I had a hard time finding a briefcase/ carry case for a 17in laptop, and I wanted it to be protected. Happy to say that the Laptop and back pack are both just over 2 years old. Both still runing and looking great. I do takee great care of my equipment because it is my bread and butter. I enjoyed the convience of the Powerbank that was included, and used it daily. The first sign there was a problem was about a month before the 2 year mark. Charged fully prior to leaving on a trip. After my first flight -and heavy use of the laptop, I hit powersave mode. So, to the powerbank I connected.... and got just over an hour more use, before I had to scrample for an outlet. When I Finally returned home - returned the power bank to the charger - - and the 4 indicator lights continued to blink. I left it connected for about 6 hours, but it simply does not hold a charge any more. Very disappointing. For some reason the replacement Power bank is more than what I paid for the backpack/combo. SO, I will not be replaceing it with one from HP. I have looked at the new models - but just lost some confidence in the product line. Most would say , you got 2 years, now shut up - but I buy things, and expect them to last. Not a fan of the disposable society standard. My 2 cents, and then some.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't bother buying this I had hoped that buying a specific HP product would mean the best quality and match for my PC, but it lasts as long as it takes to charge it. I didn't quite catch this when I was purchasing, but it does not come with a charging cord itself, but relies on using your PC power cord. For a better product check out Omni Charge. I'm not in anyway associated with it just want to give someone reading this a worthwhile direction to go in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I bought this yesterday after telling a technical rep I needed a charger for my Elitebook. They helped me order this and it's absolutely not what I wanted. How hard is it to understand "I need a charger."? All the different power specs are confusing enough but why do the technical salespeople not know what we are asking for? It's not even compatible with my laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wrong Information The power bank works fine, but not with the HP notebook it was intended for. Even after specifically checking with HP tech help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Won't stay connected to actually charge For some reason the connection keeps dropping. I plug in the charger and it starts charging for about one minute and then loses connection. I have had other people try on their laptops with the same results.
