Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful Charger I switched from a Dell to HP and have not been impressed. This charger cannot be charged while it is charging something else...the same port is used for charging the computer that is used for charging the battery. In addition, you have to keep pushing the battery check button for the charger to turn on, and it doesn't stay on long enough to charge the phone. Worst off, the charger only charges the computer while its at 4 or 5 bars of charging strength. After that, it is totally useless and prevents the computer from running. My product is either defective or totally worthless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn’t work It doesn’t work, won’t charge and is horrible. The other night I spent 2.5 hours getting transferred 8 times and hung up on twice because HP wanted me to talk to someone else. Finally one person said it’s my only option for charging besides the standard cord and I could return it since it isn’t working then after received they will send me a new one. 2.5 hours later!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks nice, over-priced, and overheats I like the toned-down design. There's a rubber surface on the bottom to make sure it doesn't slide around. The brick heats up. When I try to recharge a laptop that is running, it gets extremely warm. After a while, it shuts down and works intermittently. At least it has thermal protection. Unfortunately it wastes a lot of power heating up the circuitry inside. Charging the brick or a laptop from the brick is confusing. There is only one port that can charge the brick. That same port is used to charge high-power devices. Think you can charge the brick and daisy-chain power to a laptop? Not possible. The other ports can't deliver much power at all. It comes with a soft case which feels very cheap. Given how much the unit costs, they didn't include a good quality case. For what it offers, the HP USB-C Notebook power bank is overpriced. It doesn't offer more capacity, better ease-of-use, or better features than power banks that cost half as much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Joke! This product is a complete joke. You can't even charge it without buying a separate adapter. There is no info in the specs or details that even suggest the fact that you need to purchase anything extra.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs high power wall charger which is not included. Will not charge from Laptop's USB-C port or low wattage wall chargers. First tried a 18W wall plug charger and eventually purchased a 90W wall charger before it started charging. There is no mention of this in the product literature and a wall charger is not included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have for mobility This power pack is a must have with the X2. It truely allows mobility not just with the HP device but with your phone as well. When you just can't plug in to a wall this device is small enough and powerful enough to get the job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I have received it as present. The Power Bank is completely useless. You cannot charge it by standard chargers or USB ports. Originally packed product was DOA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP product with that oh so infamous issue... When I buy a new product, hidden problems are never wanted and the need for a specific charger/adapter is definitely an issue: Having to purchase an OEM item to alleviate this pricey predicament does not make me or my wallet happy.
