Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Laptop Although the specifications show this to be a great laptop. I think this is a bad model. I chose to think that the previous bad reviews were just unlucky people who got bad units but I just turned on my unit and set it up with windows 10 Pro. Office 2016 and all my files. it worked like a charm for 2 days. I put the laptop in sleep mode like I always do but on day three we had issues. First I noticed the laptop was off. I powered it on to find errors on the disk. it powered up for about 15 minutes then powered off by itself and when I reboot, the OS was corrupted. BSOD 0xc000000f and 0xc0000225. the laptop was done. inserted the windows 10 repair disk and let it run. came back to find the OS running but it looked like new. NO FILES and NO OFFICE!! Just the Bare OS. I replaced the HDD and tried again. this time I got it to work for 1.5 weeks then the same thing happened. HP has an advisory out about this error and it relates to the drive encryption and client security software. When I setup the laptop the second time I did a clean install without any of that software and had the same results. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enterprise Ready PC This PC is fantastic in our Enterprise environment and I would recommend this to any company that has a IT department that knows how to do Windows 10 Enterprise deployments.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this product This product, which is supposed to be an improvement from the G1 is actually a downgrade.o It will not work with a traditional docking station as the G1 dido It does not use a user-replaceable battery. You must remove the bottom covero The bottom cover does not remove easilyWe used the G1's and they worked well and were easily user-serviceable. This device is not. Stay away from it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product has serious issues I ordered the same model with different processors 3 times. I had to return all three back as they would blue screen on set-up and constantly reboot itself. Issue appears to be with hardware on the device so the build seems defective. Watch out for this one.
