HP customer service negates everything good
Was able to get a MUCH better deal for a newer model on Amazon. Customer service would not cancel order in time before it shipped and then demanded 15% restocking fee.
No matter how good the product is, nothing makes up for such incompetence. HP executives should try ordering online themselves.

Great Ryzen Business Desktop
This was purchased to replace a 4 year old Dell that was having motherboard issues. I was hesitant to purchase another Dell, so I checked out HP's offering for desktops.
This machine had done everything I could ask it to do and it performs like a dream. My only hope is it last another longer than the Dell it replaced. I love all the features such as 4 USB on the front of the computer, and it's very quiet, you can't even hear it in my home office. My only concern is this desktop did not come with built in wifi.
Thank you HP for a well designed machine at a very affordable price point.

Disappointed and Regretting The Purchase
I regret my purchase and tried to cancel the order but could not after I discovered it had no HDMI port. I now have a PC that will not scale to 4K. It should as the Intel 630 integrated GPU can push 4K. It has a plethora of USB types but all GPU connections are via DisplayPort. You have to customize it for an HDMI port but this PC was built to order.
My second discovery once I found a DP-HDMI cable was that it doesn't include a built-in Wi-Fi expansion card. I'm now in the process of trying to return the item and it's also becoming a difficult process. There are no phone numbers to call to request a return. All refund request are handled via email and that was previously rejected for whatever reason so I am trying a second time.
Once I was able to get the PC up and running I found loads of unnecessary HP bloatware.

Not to shabby
So far it's been great! easy to set up straight out the box.I'm not tech savvy but after a few updates I have not have had any issues. I'm mostly using this for school and movies here and there. Price was good.

Fantastic little machine
Bought this to replace a slow old HP. It is brilliant and was a great bargain. I just wish I had researched more to discover the lack of wi-fi. Works great on ethernet though!

Exactly as Spec'd; lots of USB Ports a real plus.
The unit met the needs exactly as stated. It was purchased with a specific purpose in mind. The small footprint was a plus, as was the multitude of USB ports.
