A solid desktop purchase
I like HP products and rely on their dependability for performance. So far, I really like this desktop tower. I was surprised that a new keyboard and mouse were included - two things I did not need but now have as a backup. I was surprised in that a HDMI cable was not included to connect the tower to my monitor. I had to go out and purchase a cable, which delayed the installation. I was also surprised that the software was not up to date, which created a critical process error -- but an HP techician helped to fix that difficulty -- but it cost me time which I had not anticipated.
